Ali is an awful owner. Not only is he rude to customers he just simply does not know how to run a business. I placed an order on my lunch and didn't receive it and when I called the store inquiring about it Ali was rude and said he didn't see my order on his end (even though I read the number and told him payment was taken and it was placed). Multiple family and friends have had similar experiences, my sister won't go here because she has a severe allergy to dairy and she went there and they gave her cheese when she specifically stated her allergen. Other friends have just simply stated they got terrible service and the owner was rude so they avoid this location. Honestly flabbergasted that people still go here and haven't all been scared away. Ali should look into a different line of work if he can't learn customer service...

This jimmy johns is by far the best I’ve had. The owner is always working, he is friendly and remembers you every time. They’ve never messed up our order and we order like every other Friday for our work treat.
The other week they were out of jimmy peppers due to shipping issues and they called us personally after we ordered to let us know they wouldn’t be on our sandwiches.
Delivery is always fast, although we live roughly a mile away.
Today we came in to order and we noticed there were jimmy peppers. Of course we got extra for no additional cost and he even told the line-man to give us free peppers on the side! That really is above and beyond service for a sandwich shop. It keeps us...

Ordered on the app on Sunday at 7:45 pm the order went through and upon googling for the address it showed they were closed. Came in a day or two later to see if they can just make me the sandwich and call it a day and the manager just pushed me away saying it will get refunded and it should be credited back in 5 business days. It doesn’t show on the app or anywhere that anything has been refunded so not sure how he is just assuming it has been. Either way could’ve just made the sandwich and call it a day. Been coming here for years not sure why he could’ve just taken care of me but is what it is...
