I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 6:50pm. I got there at 6:50 and it seemed to be a little crowded with people in line and waiting for the mobile pickups. When they asked for my name and said it would be ready shortly, I figured I could wait a few more minutes. Fast forward to 7:10 (!!!) and the food is still not ready (keep in mind I am sitting at a booth staring at the workers the entire time as they were glancing at me). People in the regular line were getting their food quickly, and those who placed mobile orders way after me were too. I finally stood up, not knowing why i didn’t do so earlier, and asked where my food was, and only after this did the worker go start making my food. It took her maybe 30 seconds to make the burrito, and I got my food without any empathy for sitting there for the last almost 30 minutes. When I got home, I realized that half of the order was wrong: no side of queso, no guacamole, no sour cream, and more. Read moreThis particular location's owner or manager (I believe her name is Carmen) is so friendly, we love going there for lunch. The portion sizes are always fair, there are no stingy scoops of protein or anything like that. Very generous with their portions.
The queso is way better than other chains who've tried to copy it.
There's only two things I wish:
That it was closer to home (instead of closer to work), and
That Qdoba brings back the Habañero lime steak. It's incredible!

Being a former fast casual restaurant manager of 3 years, I didn't want to go without saying anything. First I even waited for there to be no customers instead of going straight up as to not cause an issue for the two female employees. Instead of seeming concerned, the two employees almost seemed to laugh it off and almost make excuses as to why it was there.
