Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Price for taco buritto craving box did not match the website price, instead was 4 dollars more. Didn't say online it was an online only price. Then on top of that the price on the menu for the crispy melt cravings box was 2 dollars less than I was charged for the same box. On the menu in the drive thru it says clearly 6.99 i was charged 8.99 PLUS a surcharge for a slushie which was fine until after I paid the cashier (Jesus R) informed me they were out of slashes, bur yet the charge remained. I asked for a chicken chalupa in my cravings box and NOPE I instead was charged for and given an additional chicken chalupa. When I asked I was told "its already made" literally says on my receipt 6 fire sauce 6 hot sauce, no freaking sauce in the bag. All in all I paid 35 and change for an order that should have cost 23-25 max. The food was the same as any other taco bell, but the service was disgraceful and I will not be returning to this location. Beware of drive thru always check triple that your prices and order is actually correct. Because once they run your card you'll be told it's already made, in the bag..etc Tried to call next day no one answered phone number on my receipt and taco bell website has a survey in which nothing comes of. Thats what I get for being hungry at 10pm and going to a location I just so happened to pass by on...

In route to Lake Zurich today and was hungry and needed to get something before heading to my destination. Decided to get some fast food and stopped by to dine in.

Although I have been here in the past and used mostly the drive thru, dining in was as good as their drive thru if not better.

I noticed they have done some upgrades such as added the touch screen order when you enter and their furniture was all cleaned up compare to before.

Ordered through the self-order device and received my order fairly quickly (in less than 10 minutes). The kitchen staff who brought the order was a friendly person and approached me with a smile.

Sat in the dining area and it was very peaceful and calm. Not many people though their drive thru was packed at the time of my visit.

Their parking lot is okay for the size and location of the restaurant. Their Wi-Fi was very handy and fast. Looked like other guest, mainly kids, were using the Wi-Fi too.

The place was clean and managed well. This is my neighborhood Taco Bell. Will come here again, and it is highly recommended should you want some fast...

Disgusting. Would like to give 0 stars if possible. I am a vegan. I ordered a crunchy taco with beans as a substitute for beef. No cheese, no mayonaise no sour cream. Fresco style (from previois experience i know people are not properly trained and don't know that fresco substitute all dairy products). I also ordered a burito the same way. I had it as a takeout. As the taco was made the right way I bite into my burito and it was with meat. For all the people who eat meat and can not understand the feeling: imagine you order a burrito and bite into a cackroch. That was the way I was feeling after i realized there was a dead body in. I complained and staff ask me if I want yo eat something else.i told them I am feeling sick. As a sorry they gave me coupons for 2 tacos. Great sorry for such an horrible experience. My order is nearly 2 hours ago and I am still feeling sick...
