Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wheeling

The first time I ordered here a few weeks ago, they left off toppings on a pricey pizza and replaced them with an insane amount of cheese. I would've preferred that they contact me and ASK what I'd like as a substitution instead of covering it up with a mountain of cheese.

Second time (tonight), my thin crust pizza is soaked with grease. The whole crust, with some spots being worse than others as you can see in the photos. The other item (stuffed cheesy bread) was also pretty greasy but not nearly as bad. No idea what they did to this thin crust pizza, but I wasn't looking for fried food.

If you'd like an insane amount of extra added fat and calories to your meal, this is your spot. If you enjoy feeling disgusting and nauseated like you drank a bucket of movie theater butter, hurry on down!

This location sucks. I've eaten a lot of Domino's over the years, and this is the first one that really makes you want to stay away.

We made a large order the day before for our son's birthday party. Paid in full, at the time of the order. The pickup was scheduled for 5pm. My wife got there a few minutes after 5, and was immediately given an attitude by the cashier, rolling her eyes, scoffing, etc. The order was not ready at the scheduled time, even though we gave the store over 24 hours notice. My wife had to wait at the store until 5:30pm for them to cook the pizzas on the spot, while the party was going on. They asked to see my wife's ID due to an issue with credit card fraud. My wife had left her id at home due to the rush to get the food. So they allowed my mother to use her ID to vouch for the order, but my mother's name is not on my credit card, which leads me to believe the fraud thing was a poorly put together excuse for why the order wasn't ready. So long story short, while I'm a fan of Dominoes in general, I won't be giving this particular location my business...

I ordered at 4:40pm on sat Dec 26th from elm grove location. Now I'm a patience person but. At 6:30pm I called and said my order hasn't come. My other was cheesy bread and steak hoagie. The man that answered said oh I'm sorry we didn't make it yet cause we are behind and short a driver. I said don't you think maybe you should tell people it will be hours late. Now I know places get busy and things happen but this is so totaly uncalled for. So I naturally just canceled it out.
