Before I share the experience, I will say if you live in the area, this is another iteration of Colorado Grill and Tavern 76 where they do a little of everything. Both CG and 76 having more flavorful food. Tavern 76 often has service issues or would probably go more often.
Ok we had a table of 4 and only 2 silverware. We finally ended up with 3 but never quite got that 4th set. Ordered chips and queso app. There were maybe 10chips on the plate and they were chewy stale. The queso tasted good. Ordered farm burger. The egg was completely done which was disappointing. The burger majorly lacked seasoning. Hard to make a bland burger, but they managed. Another in our group thought the same about his burger. No condiments on the table or offered to us. The sweet potato fries were fantastic. No special dipping sauce for them which you typically see, but that's a whatever. The fries were great. The other 2 had the italian beef and buffalo chicken wrap. The consensus was lack of seasoning and flavor. Using Chop House as example of a higher priced restaurant in the area; the burgers and chicken tenders cost more than chop house and the quality is just lacking. Majorly. We had high hopes because this place replaced EJs, a place we really enjoyed. For a place called All Seasons, they sure forgot to put some on the food. May give it a second try but not...
Read moreI had a group of 6 and asked to sit in Emily Wall's section. We had a ladies night planned and wanted to support a black owned business for Juneteenth. Emily had our table ready before we even arrived, was extremely personable, helped make recommendations and quickly got our drink orders and food orders as soon as we were ready to order. She checked on us, was fun and personable with everyone and made it feel like we were having our own little private party. She made it like we were her personal guests and everyone felt special. She anticipated needs by bringing waters to everyone before our bar drinks were ready, quickly bussed empty dishes, and proactively brought boxes when it was apparent that we would be taking leftovers home. The food and drinks are delicious and huge generous portions! I branched out from the crispy chicken sandwich that is my go-to, and I tried the margherita flatbread. Wow! The buttery flavor on the perfectly crisped crust and flavor blast of mozzarella, tomato and basil was amazing. The balsamic drizzle on top was the perfect way to top it off! My new favorite, even though I imagine anyenu item would be equally tasty! Oh! And as an extra testament to Emily, another family sat near us because they, too, requested to be in Emily's section knowing they could expect the...
Read moreCalled at 11pm and asked if they were still taking Togo orders since they close at 12am. Girl that answered the phone was VERY put off that I asked, immediately took an attitude, reluctantly said yes then transferred me to someone else. I told her I would call back in just a few minutes with my order. I called back literally 2 mins later and same girl answered, this time very frustrated, impatiently talking fast and speaking loud over me 4 times before I could even speak and when I finally stopped mid-sentence and said - yes? - she said “so is it you ‘was’ ordering or ‘am’?” Seriously? Are we that petty? I said I called up saying I was going to order a Togo order then when she talked over me I said I am ordering one - am, was, am going to, would like to - I said does it really matter??? I ordered an appetizer to go then sighed rudely and said so that’s all you’re gonna order?!?!? I said yes. She let out a sigh again and started saying something with an attitude. I hung up. Forget it. I will go to Waffle House and get 10x better service which is pretty freaking sad. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AN HOUR BEFORE YOU CLOSE. IF YOU DONT LIKE WORKING HERE LATE AT NIGHT, Walmart is hiring 9-5...
