Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant and Grill — Restaurant in White House

How my goodness, some of these low reviews are hilarious. A score of 1 because you were brought unsweetened tea. You must be a hoot at dinner parties. Before you melt down and begin a gnashing of teeth next time, 1. send it back for sweet or 2. use those little packages on the table labeled "SUGAR" and build your own. Enough there to put you in a diabetic coma. And another poor review stated the booths were small and they had to spit out food. Trust me, based on the photos, anything less than a Shetland pony stall would have been uncomfortable and I doubt they ever spit out a bite of food in their entire life!

Los Amigos has two well established restaurants in the Nashville area and I am glad to see them come to our area.

The food is great! I've had their pork with pineapple, ground beef, steak, chicken, and shrimp so I can speak for the variety. Everything is well seasoned . . . nothing over done and is slightly different from the competitors. And believe me, they have some real competition in White House. And did I tell you how FRESH the salads were? The lettuce was NOT the typical "cut open bag and dump out SYSCO prewashed salad" style.

Presentation is good. Reminds me more of Southern California or upscale Houston TX rather than everyday taco shop fare.

If you're getting tired of everyday boring Mexican, you owe it to yourself to try Los Amigos.

This place is head and shoulders above the rest of all the Mexican restaurants in and around White House Tennessee. Being from Chicago I know good Mexican food and Los Amigos is the place you will always want to come back to. The food is very good and consistently very good. The drinks are big and the price excellent. After one dinner, this will be the ONLY Mexican restaurant that you will ever want to go to. I absolutely love this restaurant. I go ALL THE TIME! I usually only get my food 2 go be cuz I'm at work and if I get it to go I always order the same thing. 2 soft tacos no lettace( because they wrap them up in aluminum foil which is awesome because they melted cheese inside but if you have lettuce it willl make it wilted and it doesn't taste good, hince no lettace) lol.
