Worst experience with a pizza restaurant EVER! We decided to order pizza because we had been working in the yard all day in the heat and didnāt want to cook. We placed our order and waited an hour and 15 minutes for them to bring our pizza. The driver shows up, I add a generous tip and sign and when I get in the house, not only did they send the wrong pizza, the pizza they sent had obviously been flipped upside down! I called to let them know that my order was wrong and the guy on the phone asked if I want the right pizza???? Umm YES! Thatās why I ordered it to begin with!! While on the phone my son asks for buffalo wings so I said since you are coming back anyways, Iāll take an order and pay cash when you get here. I was informed that I will be charged another delivery charge.... WHAT???? You are coming back here anyway to fix your mistake and now I have to pay for you messing up?? To which he said yes sir there is nothing I can. Needless to say I told him never mind just bring the correct pizza he said ok weāll be there in about 25 minutes. Approximately 45 minutes later they call to tell me that they are about to leave with my pizza and for me to make sure I send the wrong pizza that was flipped upside down back because itās company policy..... umm NOPE!! I did not eat that pizza because it looked disgusting but I also refuse to send it back! There is a COVID-19 epidemic and I am not chancing that they will try and deliver it to the right person or try and use some of the toppings on someone elseās order. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered delivery and it took over an hour to arrive and when it finally arrived one pizza box was collapsed and when I opened it the toppings for half of the pizza were stuck to the lid of the box. We tried to call the store to explain and get a replacement but it kept going to a call center who tried to transfer us with no luck. So I drove to the store with the ruined pizza and asked for it to be fixed and the guy working was like well it will be over an hour because I have other orders. So I said well the other part of our order is cold now since I had to drive up here after paying for delivery so I would like a refund for this pizza and he said he can't do a refund to our card (which seems ridiculous) but will credit our account (never happened). I'm sympathetic to places not having enough employees but the way in which he was just uncaring and really unapologetic about what happened was what really made me disgusted about the whole thing. Horrible customer service and we won't be ordering from here again. I'm really hoping this guy...

They said at first my pizza wasnāt in the rack and that it was on the way! I waited 15 mins and looked again and it said delivered so I called again and they said I sent them to a field and acted like I was going to rob them! The person on the phone was absolutely rude! Then said my order was voided and I said well this is your fault I want a credit and they said no thereās nothing we can do and hung up the phone! They have brought me pizza to this address before and no problems until this time! So I checked the address to make sure I gave them the right one and called them back! They were consistently rude and did not offer to even make me another order over the phone! Then I asked for a corporate number and they got on the phone and said this aināt a corporate store bro and hung...
