We order and eat here at least once a week. Had minor issues in the past of course, cold soup, cold food, forgot food, etc. last time had a dead fly on the pizza. Well tonight, ordered two pizza’s and fries. It was due to be at the house at 732. At around 810, I called. After some time of looking for the order they see it. They said they were just waiting for a driver which didn’t seem correct. She said it will be leaving now. I asked if it will be fresh and hot since it has been 45 minutes since it was due. She promised me and said yes it will be fresh and hot. The driver was the usual driver and always nice. He said he didn’t know what happened. He said they just printed the delivery ticket. He said he saw how long it was sitting and said that if the quality is bad to call and they will make it right. I got it in, fries were wet and cold. The pizza was dry and barely warm. I called like he told me to do and the girl didn’t want to do anything. She ignored that my pizza was terrible and said they would run fresh fries out. She said she could take it off and refund me. I opted out of new fries as I didn’t want them to forget about the order again. I asked well what about this pizza? She said there isn’t anything they can do. She then said well, we can remake that as well or give you 10 bucks back. She said it would take 20 to a half hour. At that point it was after 830 so, I said no thank you for them to remake them and I would just toss the food. Well, I looked on my bank account and they never gave me the slight refund! I am actually appalled. They made the mistake and forgot to get our food delivered, and then sent us old and cold food. They lost us as...

Excellent food, service and plentiful portions. We started with fried zucchini that comes with a bowl of marinara sauce the zucchini strips are cut lengthwise and are the perfect thickness for the breading used and they are fried to a light golden brown. The salads were adequate with cold crisp greens and they had cucumber, tomatoes and a few slices of onion in each with small serving cups of the dressing of your choice. Then the part that everyone loves the loaf of sliced bread served with butter or the real favorite a plate with olive oil and herbs that you dip your bread in for that fresh and fragrant irresistible bite. We of course chose the tour of Italy since you get a healthy portion of chicken parmigiana, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo. We know we are not going to finish it and any of the three hold up well to be taken home and reheated which is what we do. We were too full for dessert but having had them in the past they are worth it that is if you have the room. The price is going to be a little less if not exactly what you would expect for a good dinner and then to have such an attentive server who appeared just as needed each time there really isn’t anything more that you could expect from a server she would be there with whatever you needed just as you needed it. Great place for family dinner or if you have a large group they make accommodations for your party one note though is if there are twelve or more in your party they do not seat partial parties of that size and wait till your entire party arrives. Stopped in for the Sicilian pizza because their's is the best by far, only wished it came in different sizes not just one, Ordered up our usual 4 topping pie but only half with onions, Well the pie came out completely smothered in onions and my lovely wife is not fond of those at all, But not to fear as the pie hit the table ( Danielle ) our server apologized right away and said that the kitchen is making us another pie asap and that we are welcome to take this one home or she could take it away, Well I chose to take it home because our son will make short work of that one and we said ok to waiting for the second pie. I thought that was incredibly sweet on her part to have them replace it before she even brought it to the table, Now that is what i call On The Ball!..I wish other servers could think ahead like that. Danielle was very polite easy to talk to and was pretty good at foreseeing what you where wanting. I like her personality and her quick thinking, We will ask for her table next visit for sure! We have never had a bad meal there and the service has always been great, We have just recently tried the White Pizza with spinach added to the normal ingredients and all I can say is wow, the best white pizza in the area period!! . My wife wishes that they would add Dr. Pepper and or Raspberry ice tea to the beverage menu....
