Saturday night, Unfortunately for my husband and I,:we decided to order take out at Moe's Pizza in White Oak, Texas on 8/20/22. The order was a large Meat Lover's pizza adding onion topping to half of it, along with hand tossed crust. The pizza was very scantily covered with meat, basically no sauce whatever, and with a thin crust. I ordered a pizza with hand tossed crust and adding onions to half of the pizza. This onion addition was not to replace the meat in any way. We were very unhappy with the cold thin cardboard pizza we were sold. After calling the store, I asked to speak with the Manager, John, who was extremely nice and had very experienced customer skills. He was pleasant and we were offered a replacement pizza or our money back. After talking it over together, we decided we would not want to eat another piece of Moe's pizza. So my husband went to the store and asked for John to get a refund. However, the owner, called me personally, unidentified, stating that HE had made our pizza and DEMANDED to know what was wrong with it. So far this caller was unidentified, and did not identify himself as the owner on this call. I did tell this man, what was wrong and to not call me as the Manager had resolved our complaint. This man was very argumentative and there was extreme difficulty in understanding his dialog, but not in HIS tone. We decided to get a refund. As per John, the Manager, we were told the order ticket was posted up in the office and there would be no problem with whatever we decided. My upset husband had to come back home for the receipt which had been thrown into the pizza box, and go back to the store. My husband was so angry with the attitude, rudeness and demeanor of the owner, Sam, that he said he would never go back there to eat. I will not be going back to pay for a cardboard box to eat, a rude owner that overtakes and undermines his Manager and employees and skimps on toppings, assumingly to make food cost. Thank you, Mgr John And to the Rudest person I've spoken with or dealt with in years, Sam the owner, All We wanted was a large Meat Lover's pizza that was tasty and hot, ALONG with add onions to one side. Sincerely dissatisfied, subjected to unduly rudeness and unwanted personal phone call to my cell. Sharon Salinas PS Sam do NOT call my personal cell phone again. I did NOT authorize a return phone call from an unidentified number.

Moe's pizza has always been our favorite. Sadly our visit last night will be our final visit. In the past few months the quality has not been up to par. We ordered a Meat Lovers large hand tossed pizza a few months ago and when we got it home it seemed to have extra cheese which is always nice. The problem, as we began to eat, was, it was missing sauce. Understanding we all have bad days we did not complain. A few weeks later we decided to give it a try once again, picked up the pizza which smelled amazing as usual. Upon returning home and preparing to enjoy a wonderful Moe's pizza we found once again it was missing sauce. I called and let them know they had made a mistake and then shared about the previous sauceless pizza. They were very apologetic and told us thank you for letting them know. There was no offer to make it right on their behalf and nothing was asked for by us just letting them know it was not right. The next time we ordered it was perfect. Now for last night's incident. Once again we ordered a large hand tossed Meat Lovers for takeout after a long day working. Again we opened it to find a sauceless pizza, only this time it was also missing the wonderful hand tossed crust we love and the pepperoni was burned rendering it to crunchy bacon. We loaded it up and took it back to the drive through where we picked it up. The young lady at the window took our box and opened it at the window and told us it was right. She then took it back to the cook who she said told her that is how it is always made. She then began to instruct us on how we should order pizza telling us we should order extra sauce. We told her we did not want extra sauce we simply wanted the correct sauce. I did not understand why we would need to pay for extra sauce when we had not recieved the proper amount of sauce. However this concept seemed to be misunderstood. While she was not rude she was very condensending. We then let her know that we would not be returning since they no longer need to take care of customers, to which her response was What, what? In response to her question I hope this explains why we will no longer be regular customers. Dear Moe's pizza you will be missed, thank you for years of wonderful service, sadly the service industry is not what it was once.

Fantastic food and the owner was very helpful! Had great conversations and he was on top of our large group. Even brought us out "to go" cups when we were done! We got a mix of food - I had the Gyro and was really impressed! He baked mozzarella over the top and it added a LOT of flavor! Pita was soft and meat was thick and juicy. My son got the pizza, a mini pepperoni, and it was like the old school Pizza Hut pan pizzas... Totally made me nostalgic! Crispy and fluffy at the same time with great cheese, sauce, and toppings. We also got the Shrimp Alfredo, Chicken Alfredo, Pizza in a bowl, Mozzarella Sticks, BBQ Wings, and some salads... Everything was great, and we had plenty to take home for later. The Alfredo was the perfect consistency and everything came with two slices of garlic toast. Great recommendation from friends... Will definitely go back here any time I'm in the area!

I have been fortunate enough to eat pizza all across the United States. So I would consider myself somewhat of a Pizza connoisseur lol. Pizza is kind of my number one when it comes to favorite food. Since living in East Texas for the last 7 years as a person that comes from the north part of the United States. It's been difficult to find good pizza in the Longview and surrounding areas. The pizza we got from this establishment was awful. I asked for a large pepperoni, bacon with extra sauce. I read a review and people were saying they do not put enough pizza sauce on the pizza. Well that was my case today. I even asked for extra sauce. The pizza was overpriced $21.26 with tax for a large pizza that I would consider not worth $10. I would highly not recommend this to anyone. The pizza itself had a Metallica taste. The crust had hardly any flavor and what little sauce we got you could not taste a thing. But I'll be damned if I'm going to spend that kind of money for Pizza that it's not worth the price. I can say this save your money and go to one of the big chain pizzas instead of...
