I called and placed an order for the 2 for 24.99$ build your own pizza. The girl I spoke with sounded either high out of her mind or half asleep. I was placed on hold then hung up on and I needed to call back. No apology when I called back because obviously they have called Id so I know that she was aware I was the person she just hung up on… anyway I placed my order two build your own pizzas for 24.99$ as advertised…. I ordered pepperoni , mushroom & onion on one and bacon, pineapple & banana peppers on the other. The order was repeated back to me but when I arrived home for dinner I realized they didn’t put the pepperoni or bacon on either of the pizzas… not to mention that I was told 3 different amounts of which none were correct over the phone so I just figured I’d deal with it when I arrived to pick up when I arrived to get the pizza the employee were really uninterested in good customer service at all I was again told a different amount that was owed. This time I questioned y a build ur own 2 for 24.99$ special was costing over 30$?? Tax should only be around a dollar or two on an order that price. I was told it was charges for toppings which I would be fine with but build your own signifies that u can “build your own” not be charged for each topping… rather then argue with a group of kids (because that’s all that was working at that point and not one had a clue how to provide good customer service) I would right this review and help someone else avoid the same very irritating situation. I would love to speak to management or better yet the owner to get this rectified. I was over charge atleast $10 got my order wrong and provided HORRIBLE customer service. The first time, I called in an order for an extra large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. The guy who took my order repeated the toppings back to me. When I picked up the pizza and brought it home, I realized there were no mushrooms on it. Pepperoni and mushrooms were on the receipt, and I was indeed charged for two toppings. I called about this, and the girl who answered the phone sounded like she was half asleep, was not remotely concerned or apologetic, just said she would take my name and information down.
The second mistake occurred when my girlfriend placed an online order for a pizza, a hoagie, and a two liter of pop. The delivery driver arrived without the hoagie, and seemed not to want to mention the fact that he didn't have it. When I mentioned that I was missing the hoagie in the order, he said he would either go back and get it, or have my girlfriend's credit card refunded. She decided on the refund, which I relayed to the driver. Her credit card was never refunded.

The pizza cook placed the pepperoni around the edge of the pie, right in front of the crust to hide the little bit of cheese that was not spread over the entire pizza. We paid $28 and some change for a smaller large pizza, no extra cheese and watery vegetables. I called Palmer's to speak to the manager. The call taker needs customer service training, she stated the manager was not available to speak to , so I told the call taker why I was calling, she placed me on hold and came back stating that the pizza cook said, he put extra cheese on it. I responded by telling her that, I'm looking at the pizza and I know what extra cheese looks like and that wasn't it! I then asked when would be a good time to call the manager back ; the call taker took my name and number stating that the manager would call me back, of course no one called me back.
