Beautiful place and location but the food isnât good at all, $11 for a egg sandwich is ridiculous, the staff doesnât know what she was doing , asked to get the egg over medium and her response â We only have 2 options, itâs either sunny side up or crispyâ then I asked if she can just tell the kitchen that I want the egg over medium, again she said , on the screen it only give her two options and she canât go to the kitchen to tell them , untrained staff. As I was waiting by the pick up window , I witnessed all the untrained and overwhelming staff, staff used rag to clean around the stove and dirty counter, then she picked up the egg from the frying pan with bare hand , same hands that she was holding rag and cleaned around earlier, throwed the egg on the stainless counter, then get the other foods from the other frying pan , scooped the food in the box , then pick up the egg with bare hands again to put on top of other eggs. I know there could be worse happening behind the kitchen door but if they have the open window where customers can see what they are doing there they should practice all the standard hygienes for handling foods. Will not come back for the messes, the quality of foods and the prices arenât matching at all, and even if theyâre reducing the price I wouldnât want to eat here again, maybe I will come back for coffee or pastry, but not for any...

I was kind of surprised why she instantly went cold and started being rude to us. nobody was in line behind us and everybody else ahead of us was served because we were taking our time looking at the menu. I figured out later it was because I was wearing a jacket that had a private Christian school logo on it and she had on some LGBTQ gear. unreal. How do I know for sure? She said "bye, Fundie haters" as we left. who in the world says Fundie anymore? We were talking about religion and I was swearing my mouth off complaining about some private issue. I sure wasn't talking about religion nor politics and I don't even look the part. ridiculous. Maybe that comment from her was because we didn't tip from being rude. It's not like she was going to make us some special coffee or anything. We just got basic stuff she had to pour. I don't know why that deserves a tip in the first place. I put my own sugar and cream in and threw away my own cup. It's not even a restaurant experience... If you're the owner pushing this LGBTQ rudeness, I suggest you stop. The economy's not getting any better and even people with my income are going to start making our own...
Read moreI was very sad to see City Market go from this location, however I cannot say enough good things about the Stone Creek which has taken over. The space, both inside and out, is gorgeous. It even has a kid friendly space with mini play kitchen and a magnetic wall with varying sizes and shapes of magnets. However, I'd advise checking the menu before bringing your kids, since items are a bit more sophisticated and they don't make scrambled eggs (which seems kind of crazy to me).
Counter service is friendly and quick, as is food delivery. I enjoy the reasonably sized portions and the flavor combinations in every dish. I've tried all the "Bowls" and can't pick a favorite, because they are all delectable!
This place is a great addition to the community, and has become one of my go-to spots for brunch. They do offer a non-breakfast menu, however that does not start until 4:00 p.m. Something I am sure...
