We ordered DoorDash once and it was good. I wanted to try out other menu items so we ordered pickup. The place was pretty empty when I went in to place my order but quickly became a bit busier. I ordered $73 worth of food, all of which will be thrown away. I got the garlic eggplant, green beans and onion, chicken fried rice, egg fried rice, 4 egg rolls, and an order of crab Rangoon. The fried rice's were really good, which was what we initially ordered the first time through DoorDash. The eggplant and green beans, however, were one note. Very heavy on soy sauce and oyster sauce which made it very salty. The egg rolls, I wish I wouldn't have ordered bc they were very flavorless. The crab Rangoons, very skimpy. It was wrapped in large wrappers with very little filling. I am most upset about the "boba" milk tea. These are canned bubble milk tea. They advertised "boba" and I thought it was going to be actual boba tea with tapioca and a smoothie consistency. NOT CANNED stuff and for $3.95..I could have went to the local Asian store and got a 16 oz can for cheaper. Sorry but Tonight it was a huge miss and enough of a miss for me to not return.

My partner and I ordered chicken curry, home style bean curd, and crab rangoon through Uber eats which included a free order of vegetable spring rolls. Every bit of the meal was disappointing and some was inedible. My partner could not eat his curry, as the chicken had a sour off taste which had a noticeable smell as soon as the bag was opened. The bean curd, which is advertised as deep fried, was unappetizingly soggy and falling apart. I’ve enjoyed many crispy fried tofu dishes, and this had the texture of a soft silken tofu boiled to death in sauce. The spring rolls were oil laden and tasteless. And finally, the crab rangoon, which is pricey compared to other restaurants and is advertised as large, had almost no discernible filling (see pic). Not one of the items we received was enjoyable, and the curry went in the trash. So disappointing for what ended up being a $50 order with delivery fees.

My wife and I decided to have dinner here and do dine in this time instead of take out. Folks remember if you do take out and it's something deep fried don't expect it to be crispy. It's doing to get soggy in the container due to the steam and condensation. I had the General Tsos Chicken and really enjoyed it. Good flavor from the sauce. The chicken was tender and the batter as mostly crispy. My wife had the pork chop suey and she enjoyed it. We definitely would come back again and recommend folks try dining in instead of take out. Your experience will likely be better. Remember your mileage may vary when doing take out from any restaurant.

The restaurant recently added Himalayan dumplings, traditionally referred to as Momo, on their menu and the dish is pure ecstasy. From the foothills of Nepal to the plauteus of Tibet, momo is the equivalent of Hamburger and this place delivers it in it's most authentic form. The dumplings are amazingly succulent. The dumpling wraps are individually made from scratch. The mix of cabbage and cilantro in the minced meat gives each bite the perfect crunch. And the sauce.. The sauce is something else. It has the perfect hint of peppers and turmeric and ginger in creamy tomato base. You would have to be lucky to get sauce this good outside of Kathmandu, and yet this humble hole in the wall delivers it all. Please go to royal garden and against all intuition, order the Nepali Momo special, ask them for two different sauce. One with spices and one without, and it will be the best decision you've...
