School House Park — Attraction in Whitefish Bay

Wife and I visited here from out of town. Got there about 0930. 2 or 3 locals welcomed us, paid our $10 and played 4 or 5 games. It was really hot, but the competition was good, and fun! One of the ladies tried to tell us the play ranged from 3.5 to 6, but after playing and watching, I am about 3.25 and could compete equally with all but about 6 players. Highly recommend playing here vs the high priced courts...

Continuing through Sunday, October 31, the Whitefish Bay Great Pumpkin Festival takes over "Ghoul" House Park, with literally thousands of carved, painted or otherwise thoughtfully decorated pumpkins! Comfortable well maintained small neighborhood park. Has benches, flower beds, hedges, shade trees over a grassy area, and a fountain. Good place to relax.
