Very disappointed in my experience here today. First off they were out of mozzarella sticks. I mean I think we can all agree that's probably the most important item on their menu, so how do they not stock enough?? Settled for the 2 for $7 deal. I don't think I've ever had a classic chicken sandwich from here so I thought I'd give it a try. Also ordered the classic beef n cheese. I used to have those a lot back in the day and remember the. Thanks to Covid-19 life's taken a stressful turn for those of us with lung issues. Luckily places Arby's have stepped up to the task of keeping their customers safe while still delivering excellent food. Their drive though window is now enclosed in glass with a small window for you to stick your card into the machine. Then an entirely different person than the one who handles the register (with fresh gloves and mask) gives you your food. My husband liked his food but my beer batterd fish was nasty!! It was either put back into the hot oil or cooked in oil that had not been changed for days!! They had us pull forward into one of the drive-through parking spots which would have been worth it if my fish was fresh!! Unfortunately it was every bit as burned tasting as the picture.
