This is the worst management I have ever seen. I ordered online, showed up where I chose the parking option. Couldn't not get the app to load or get my code from my email. During the 20 minutes I spent trying to get it to work( turned phone off and on too) my 2 year old fell asleep in the car and my 3 month old was fussing and needed to be fed (breastfeeding). I get her out and being her feeding still not getting the app to work. So obviously I call so I can get the food I already paid for. I explain what's going on and I'm hit with a " can't you just come inside" and I respond with no obviously not I'm breastfeeding and my other child is asleep in the car. To which the managers response is " we don't have anything to do with the app that's on you guys" and hangs up on me!!! Furious and obviously hormonal I begin to cry because I just want to eat today I had already worked 7 hours that morning and just wanted to eat my good I PAID FOR! After a few minutes of feeding my daughter I returned her to her proper seat and went to the drive thru, where I then had to explain the story again and was then told to pull up and was handed my food but no thanks to the MANAGER who is supposed to be there to help customers and employees. Also I have been here before where I caught her yelling at employees and calling them imcompomatant. So beware they do not cater to breastfeeding moms and if you have teenagers looking for work, they better have...

While placing my order in the drive thru, rudely interrupted and snapped at for not using the meal number instead just asking for the burger I was ordering to be made into a meal with fries and a drink. Geeze, my bad. Ordered and paid for a customized burger with additional costs for toppings. Checked order before pulling away. Asked for the missing ingredients I'd paid for on the side so I could add them myself. Was told by the manager, who was also the rude individual who took my order and snapped for not using his choice of terminology when ordering, that I would have to pay additional for "items on the side" because that's not the way I ordered it. What?! I already paid for the items and you want me to pay again because you didn't place those items on my sandwich? Literally had to argue with the manager for 15 mins over something I already paid for, for him to finally, begrudgingly go get it from the cooks. I've never had such a weirdly rude...
Read moreRemember the days when you would go through the drive thru and your food would be fast and hot. McDonald's has steered away from that over the years. Using steamers to store their meat has done nothing good for them and now it take like the fries are stored in the steamers too. I got chicken nuggets from this pace and they tasted 2 hours old I was so made and down the road before I could eat them or complain.i used to work for McDonald's back in the day and this is people just resetting the times on the food instead of tossing the old food so that the waste count isn't high. Disgusted. This is not the only McDonald's that does this it has become common practice across most McDonald's it seems. It's time for McDonald's to go out of business I would rather eat at taco bell (cheapest of them all) than to spend money...
