" I came to this location in June, the 4th to be exact! Today is August 6th! Long story Short... I ordered $23 worth of food...It was made wrong. It was cold by the time they gave it to me...after I sat in the drive thru 15 mins. waiting for the guy at the window to figure out how to perform a split payment...which he ended up charging my husband's card Twice!! When we were supposed to be splitting the bill...I went home only to discover my food made wrong!!! So I bagged the food back up...and I went back the following day after work with the food and receipt. That's when I was told that I could not receive a refund because It was over 25 minutes. He said that if the refund isn't performed within 25 minutes of the original transaction , He couldn't do it! I was told to come back to talk to a GM! I returned the next day. I Spoke with a guy named Alex. I gave him my info, He said I would receive a call from the company and from there I would receive my refund! LIES!!! I grew up on Captain D's and I've always Loved it! This location is giving the company a bad name! They did me wrong! Annnnd they don't carry the infamous Bread Sticks! It's a No for Me! I do not recommend...

I came back to the East main location 30 minutes later with the food and asked for a refund.Then I was informed that a refund can only be issued 25 minutes after the order was taking or it will not be in the system. The night shift manager sign my receipt, took my information and told me to speak to the general manager who would reach out to me. So after multiple visits to this location because no one never called I finally spoke with the Gm today only to be told a refund can't be issued until 7 business days after being approved by his boss. This experience has been draining and all I want is my hard working money back. I will not be revisiting this location again and if you do make sure you return your order if it is messed up within 25 minutes.
