I CANNOT believe what we went through last night with this location. We arrived about 10:45pm...there was a line of about 5. The line moved quick and we ordered but had to park on the other side for our food. We were 3rd in line on waiting for our food. We noticed quickly the line grow. Next thing you know the line was wrapped. They were making everyone wait for their food. Time goes by, the lady finally comes out and brings a bag out to the car in front, he goes. She goes back in, comes back out some time later and goes to the car in front of us, it's the wrong order. She walks to the car behind us, it's there's. They leave. She brings out food for the people in front of us, they leave. Atp were waiting about 20 mins. She then asks what our order was, and says someone ordered 20 fish sandwiches and they are short staffed but our order is next. This lady comes out 10 mins later and is bringing bags to OTHER cars. We say to her "our order better be next" she replies "you wanna come in here and help me?"
HOW RUDE. She goes back in the building. You know this woman continues to bring other food to other people then had to ask what our order was again. We were literally the first in line waiting for our food. My boyfriends slushy melted completely so he went up to the window and asked for another one. She makes it. I see another lady come out and give a bag of food to another customer. I'm pissed atp and tell my boyfriend at the window they need to make our food now. We've been waiting for 40 mins atp. She screams at him and says she's gonna refund our money. But she can't anyways bc she never gave us a receipt. He tells her "no your not, your gonna make our food".
She's frustrated bc she forgot about our food and we're calling her on it. FINALLY she gives him our bag of food, and of course we're missing a sandwich and a fry. He walks back up to the window and tells her. She is yelling at him and arguing with him. I get out the car and of COURSE I have words atp. How dare you argue with us and YOUR WRONG. He brings me my sandwich and ITS WRONG. I get out the car, knock on the window and the chick opens the window and completely looks past me and screams to my boyfriend (she didn't know were together) and says "you want this fry". I snatched the bag and tell her that's mine and my burger is wrong. Atp we were there an hour. Another woman approaches the window and she's pissed.. she wants her money back bc she's been waiting for 37 mins and her kids were hungry. The staff member has a attitude with my about my burger and has to ask again what I wanted on my burger bc they didn't have it correct in the first place. She asks "you still want this burger done you"
I scream back THATS WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING HERE FOR.
This whole staff needs to be fired. They had us and I'm sure plenty of other customers so mad because of how we were treated after waiting and messed up orders. TERRIBLE. I will NEVER...
Read moreI'm actually extremely concerned about this location, we went last night 3/15 at 11:45 at night. we were thrown off at first about chatting with the AI at the speaker however once we had completed that we waited in line for a really long time and we were really hungry The car in front of us had already paid and they sat there for so long waiting for their food, when we finally got to the window all we heard was screaming and threats and saying that they were going to hurt each other and they wouldn't come to the window they were just screaming at each other and cussing very very loudly and it scared us so bad that we decided not to pay or get any food because it was actually terrifying how they were talking to each other It was so loud that the car behind us heard it and the drive-thru window was also closed. I was extremely disappointed in this service I'm upset that I wasn't able to get any food either and I was shocked how they were acting. We were out doordashing and We were hungry because money has been so tight we haven't been able to get anything out to eat or even any fast food and Rally's seems to be a comfort for my partner and we only get it on very rare occasions It really hurt us to be treated like this and to see this and honestly hearing those threats scared us as well We didn't feel comfortable receiving food from them either anymore so we didn't get any food and we just drove off. when times are hard and you're trying to spend your money on something and just want customer service to at least be up to standard because exceeding expectations doesn't even exist anymore but when you don't even get the bare minimum it's really hard. I reached out to the customer service web form and I'm waiting to hear back from that at this point I'm extremely disappointed also considering seeing other reviews left at this location and seeing how this treatment has been an issue for years and it doesn't seem like any action is...
Read moreHmm. We were told it would be 10 minutes and we agreed to wait. While waiting I needed to use the restroom and approached patiently for permission at the front window. After waiting in front of the building while the humans(?) inside refused to even acknowledge another human, but instead side talked (shouted) around me (about ME). So, after watching an employee(HUMAN?) walk past the window to go out the back for a smoke, then I got a little more assertive in my endeavor. I walked towards our car and was trying to go wide and not startle the person for a "verbal contact." I notice there was a second person so I felt better about not startling anyone. I asked from a distant, about the bathroom. One employee responded as once could find "reasonably" appropriate, but just as they wrapped up their reason why my $50 couldn't get me a restroom pass, the one who walked by the window and walked straight outside chimed in from gallows. I was talked to in a subhuman way. I asked a simple question about a restroom, since I had to get the backdoor answer and well, the waste out the backdoor explained to me that "nobody gets to see the throne. Not nobody, not no (know) how!" After I made sure she new I was waiting for a large order (she won't back down), I went to the front to check on my order and make sure it wasn't waiting on one of the smokers to bring my order. I was greeted by a gentleman, clearly in a rush, who took my order to the car ahead of me. He then ripped his gloves off and ran to the back to join the "Great American Smoke Out". Our wings were dry and we had no forks. ZF were given here, except for that smoke. Forthought and respect for humanity, at a basic level SHOULD have told them what they brought my family, was wrong! Seriously! Humanity at a basic level. Did I mention, I am clearly disabled. Not that it matters, but it tends to soften people's approach even more, I get it....
