Roosters — Restaurant in Whitehall

Stopped by Hamilton Road location (Whitehall, Ohio).

Parking lot was filthy, unkept. Was told to sit where I wanted. Time was Saturday 200pm ish on October 18th.

Waitress was not the least bit friendly. She turned her back on me several times why I was placing my order. Should surprise me ... She got it wrong.

Ordered double mixed Jack and coke in a tall glass. Got a short glass with very light pore. Defie tally not a double by any means.

Explained to waitress had like 45 to 1 hr. No problem. Explained in great detail im allergic to tomatoes. Ordered winds and salad.

Drink came out in (not tall) glass. All ice, definitely not a double. Definitely not a tall.

Takes forever. Salad comes out wrong dressing, with tomatoes all over it. Like think a lot of tomatoes.

Told the guy that's not correct. Young kitchen boy says that's what is on the order.

This is what I bring. Not my fault. Sure ya told waitress no tomatoes or ya change ya mind.

At this point reaching close to 30 minutes no salad, no wings. No site of my waitress.

Asked for a manager. Got the GM Alli C. Ya wanted to talk to MGR. Yep I'm allergic to tomatoes. They had brought the same salad back to me with Tomatoes scraped off.

Manager Alli claims not true. Your salad is still back there. Why wasn't it thrown away. It was served. This is a health violation as well as all kinds of nasty.

Manager Alli had no customer service skills was obviously I was wasting my time. She was in a hurry, didn't really care.

Bill me for the drink. Send me on my way. No I'm sorry. What can I do to make it right.

On way out my waitress said try and have a great day . Horrible experience. Went to pee before I left.

Men's room filthy and unkept. Avoid this place; if ya want customer service and are not a regular. Appeared the regulars had waitress sitting at table laughing.

Keep your boyfriend at home worry about building a professional customer base.

I will not be back. Manager Allu would not give me district manager contact and or customer service number.

The food is good and I come here often but this will be the last time. It's a shame that people operating the cash register doesn't know the difference between a quarter and a dime or a nickel and a penny. The store manager doesn't help when she makes excuses and coddles the employee saying "he's only a kid, he's only 16". Yes, he's 16, he's old enough to know the denomination of money and be able to do basic arithmetic. If he doesn't know the difference of coins or how to count them, he shouldn't be operating the register or handling cash.

What makes matters worse is that Roosters doesn't have a corporate office or phone number. Any phone number you find listed as Roosters corporate office is fake, some numbers are disconnected and other numbers belong to other businesses or people's home phone numbers. The address listed as their corporate office in Dublin, Ohio is also fake! The address is a person's house.

The managers also tells you to email corporate on the roosters website, but there isn't an email for the corporate office. All of these stores have zero accountability and answers to no one. There is no way for customers to voice their concerns after a bad experience.

Because of management hiring people who short change customers because they are incapable of doing grade school arithmetic, management playing "mommy" instead of being a boss and a company deliberately hiding themselves behind fake phone numbers, addresses and websites, Roosters has lost...

I was very, very disappointed in the Rooster’s located in Whitehall on New Years Eve!! I tried to call the Whitehall location to place a pick up order at approximately 5:45pm on 12/31/21. Every time I called, it kept coming back as the number was busy. I attempted to call the location at least 15 times before I got through. At that point, I was placed on hold with the recording & the music. The recording said I was the 5th caller. However, after approximately 30 minutes, I finally hung up!! If I was the 5th caller, and I was on the phone for 30 minutes, that means every person would take at least six minutes to order. They never came to the phone!! I finally decided to go to someplace located next to them, and saw that the parking lot was full. So, they were definitely open!! However, I don’t understand why I always see 4 to 5 girls at the counter DOING NOTHING any other time I walk in… And tonight, none of them can answer the phone to take an order??? Lazy teenagers. I understand that it was New Year’s Eve and they were probably busy, but they aren’t that busy!! Like I said, any other time, I see a bunch of girls just standing at the counter doing nothing.
