HORRIBLE! (PLEASE VIEW MY PHOTO’S) Do not waste your money. We rented this place for a baby shower and the experience was awful. Unfortunately I seen the reviews after I made the NON REFUNDABLE $200 deposit. I rented the 2nd largest room when we arrived immediately I noticed that the place had not been cleaned( but they expect for you to clean after function). It begin to rain and the ceiling begins to leak , I notified the manager as he went and grabbed a bucket. IT WAS TERRIBLY EMBARRASSING to have guest coming in looking at the bucket full of water that was in the middle of the entrance. The owner never apologized or even try to fix the issue. Have had a horrible experience with him. I made reservations last year 2021, paid the $400 deposit after that he couldn't be reached at all because I wanted to change the date of my event. I called, left voice mail no respond so I endedup booking another place.I had to ask other people to pretend like they wanted you book with him. Finally got hold of him today and can't give my money. Horrible Customer service. Was told the room was available and we banked on having Shower there and had only a few days do to private issues .None the less he rented the room the next day to someone else after showing us the room and telling us to bring the deposit. When trying to understand what happened he had us Wait for over an hour for him to get there to show the room and then the only room available was double the budget and yelled at me. Poor Poor...
