Our service was minimal, at best. The friend that took us gave the server a "2" and said that her steak & shrimp had ZERO flavor & that she wouldn't be back. The waitress spent the majority of her time at a booth caty corner from us. There were 4 businessmen sitting there when we walked in. The rest of the time she was in kitchen or talking to the other staff standing about. 1 of them actually ended up coming over to us to bring to go boxes. Our waitress never asked how our food was & didn't even ask about refills until we were getting ready to leave. All her attention was for the 4 men at the other table. The food itself was overcooked, under seasoned & and highly disappointing. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was eating 3 day old leftovers from a college dorm mini fridge. My "fried" rice was almost completely tasteless, barely tan & mushy. Think baby food consistency, but full of white clumps. It wasn't like any fried rice I have ever had in a restaurant. It reminded me of school cafeteria food from the 70's. It had a few pieces of onion & about a 1/4 cup of corn added to it & was the texture of soggy cauliflower. 😔 It arrived with 8 pieces of shrimp that almost completely hid the veggies under them. They were dry, overcooked, with more color than flavor. I would say less than 1/2 Tbs sauce for the shrimp & veggies combined & everything was bland. 😔 After trying a few bites of everything, I decided I was done & the dogs could have the rest. My husband had his all time favorite food, Gen. Tso's with egg drop soup & the fried rice. He didn't even eat a 4th of his meal. Now mind you, this man will eat burnt toast. 😱 He ate the soup, drank his tea & said the dogs could have his food too. When I asked him how it was, he said that even tho the Gen Tso's flavor wasn't "bad", it wasn't good enough to make want to go back again. Normally it stings my mouth. Theirs didn't. Bbq sauce? Oh...the "sweet tea" is fountain, but the lemon wedge was real & quite juicy. It was the best part of my meal. My number 1 question is literally has anyone ever had corn in their fried rice at a restaurant? Like,1/5th of my rice mound was corn? No peas/carrot/ bok choy/lettuce/ cabbage or anything? except corn & a few tiny...

My wife and I ate here for the first time this weekend. It's been open for awhile but they only recently got their liquor license so we waited for that to happen because we enjoy sake with our sashimi. We asked to be seated at the sushi bar. The sushi chef, Alan, who is also one of the partners in the restaurant prepared our order. Alan has a great personality and we enjoyed chatting with him and watching him prepare our sashimi. We ordered fresh salmon, ahi tuna, albacore, octopus, scallops, spicy tuna roll and a Bonsai Tree roll. All were fresh and fantastic! Alan shared a wealth of information with us about the seafood we ordered, where it was sourced, when it was delivered, and what items were best in his opinion. We typically eat at Fusion in Morgantown or at Shogun in Clarksburg when we want sushi but this is our "go to" place now. This place is just as good as those two restaurants, and better in my opinion. And, it beats Kumo and Fujiyama hands down. Really a great addition to the Fairmont...

Got the yellow curry, spring rolls, pad thai and hot n sour soup. Everything was very good. The yellow curry had tomatoes and pineapple with onion and beef. Seemed more like a red curry to me but it was some of the best curry I’ve ever had and I am a tomato hater so that is saying something! The beef was very tender and flavorful. Spring rolls were crunchy which usually isn’t what I expect from a spring roll but I still really enjoyed it. Pad thai was unique as well and the noodles were like a ramen noodle which made the dish for me. Hot n sour soup had plenty of vegetables and things in it and the flavor was exactly what I expected. I wouldn’t have changed anything about the meal. (the person that ate the pad thai said they would have preferred a wider noodle but still enjoyed it.) Order was ready so fast. Employees were friendly and kind. Prices are excellent! I paid $29 before the tip for those 4 things, and they also came with 2...

Atmosphere- four stars- very clean and nicely decorated. There is a main dining area and a separate area for the hibachi experience. Service- four stars- waiter was very friendly and attentive. Made sure our drinks were filled and checked on us periodically. Food- four stars- I had the Spicy Mala Chicken- meals come with soup or salad. For an up charge I order the Tom Young Spicy Chicken soup which was really good except it had a little too much tofu in it. My main dish was excellent with lots of veggies and quality chicken. I ended up putting a lot of my veggies and white rice in my soup which made it even better. They have an extensive menu consisting of hibachi, Chinese, Thai, and a lot of sushi selections. Highly recommend.

We were greeted at the door with happy, smiling faces! They were well trained and knew the menu inside and out. Our waiter quickly answered all of our questions. GET THE BENTO BOX - you won't be dissapointed! It has everything and it's all separate (if you don't like your food to touch it's perfect... lol). Nothing was overly salty, the yum yum sauce is just sweet enough, and the hibachi is lightly sauced so you can still taste the flavors of the food - excellent! We didn't sit at a grill, but we could see the chef - He was chatting away and doing an excellent job at entertaining a family :) We spent $75 for me and my 2 teenage boys - We highly recommend it!

The wait staff were very nice, a little disorganized as I had 2 people trying to help me, but they were both friendly and fast. I had the gyoza, the spicy crab meat roll, and the steak hibachi. The steak hibachi dinner came with my choice of soup and a salad. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted great. My steak was cooked perfectly and you could tell all the ingredients were fresh. The only thing is the steak itself and the lo mein were a little lacking in flavor. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this place to my friends.
