What a hidden gem!!! We stopped here on the way home from the beach in an attempt to avoid fast food. So very glad we did!!! While the outside of this restaurant doesn’t look like a typical Mexican place, the food and service were awesome. It has a clean, comfortable seating area in the back where you order at the counter. The service was top notch and we were very well taken care of. The food was fresh and extremely flavorful. It had obviously been prepared to order and tasted incredible. We ordered carne asada fries, a steak bowl, a steak chimichanga, chicken fajitas, and the tacos Presidente. Everything came out exactly as ordered and was one of the best Mexican meals we have had in a very long time. The salsa, pico de gallo, and guacamole were so very fresh and were amazing. We will DEFINITELY stop here on our next trip through town and will also highly recommend it to others. Discovering this hidden gem with its fresh, authentic food was a highlight of our vacation!

Hands down the BEST Mexican food in Whiteville. If you ever find yourself within Whiteville please stop by. We usually ordered the gorditas and birria tacos. But everything we have tried there, we have fallen in love. So it’s a Mexican store at the front and a restaurant in the back. They are closed on Mondays though! 10/10 highly recommend it!

Hands down the BEST Mexican food in Whiteville. If you ever find yourself within Whiteville please stop by. We usually ordered the gorditas and birria tacos. I have been to this place about 4 times now. Each time I have tried something new. I will say that the fajitas are good. I think that the rice is fair as well as the beans. The tacos are very good. You have a few different meat choices to choose from. O had the sopes and they as well are good. The tortqs are pretty good. My only thing with them is that the bread is a little thick for a torta. If you don't like the spicey stuff then I suggest you have the jalapeños removed. The garlic shrimp was pretty good as well. If you like a lot of garlic then you would like this. Good people that work here. Family owned and are usually at the place. It is also a Mexican grocery store...

I just ordered from here and I asked for 6 Tacos with lettuce and sour cream. Ok before I walked out I asked them if all 6 was in the plate the girl said yes. So when I go to open the plate to see if all 6 was in it they have only gave me 3 tacos with just lettuce after I told them I wanted 6 with lettuce and sour cream. So I call them and tell them and the girl said over the phone that I only ordered 3 when I know that's not even true and she also said if I wanted sour cream or any sauce I had to get it myself but I can't understand their language because they keep switching to Spainish and English which confused me.
