The guy making sandwiches had an earbud in and was not paying attention. I very clearly and loudly said “wrap” for my bread choice, not flatbread, but he heard my sister in law very quietly say “Italian Herb and Cheese”. He then continues to try to put tomato instead of spinach on her sandwich as she said it, along with bellpeppers instead of cucumbers. I was charged extra for the flatbread and realized too late. I really shouldnt have left a tip because this was ridiculous. He also had to ring it in twice because he ran it as cash the first time. We also didnt eat in, we took our stuff to go, hence why I didnt realize what I was charged for til it was too late, and it seemed like he was trying to hide my food til we paid.
