Very disappointed with our meals tonight. I had carne asada tacos, when they came out the tortillas were dry and hard, the meat was very dry and cooked almost to a crisp and served with no salsa to add they were very tough to chew and to swallow. The rice and beans were served on a separate plate and you could tell they had been sitting because the beans had a crust over them. Awful meal all the way around. When we were done I asked the server if they normally serve them with no salsa. He said that some people think the salsa is too hot, I told him he should have asked if I wanted salsa. It would have helped a little but they would still not have been very good. My granddaughter ordered pastor quesadillas and he came back out and said they didn’t have all the ingredients for the pastor so she had steak instead. It was the same meat as the asada tacos and very hard to chew and not much flavor. She could not finish eating it. My wife had a chicken quesadilla and she said it was ok, which I have learned means she didn’t like it but doesn’t like to complain. My grandson liked his tacos. So 1 out of 4 left happy. I myself hate to have a bad meal, that’s one less good meal I can have in my lifetime. They didn’t charge us for my tacos and granddaughters quesadilla but as I said that is one less good meal I’ll have in my lifetime. I told the server that I would never serve a dried out taco to anyone and a restaurant should not either. They have an excuse about their cook didn’t come in and the new cook didn’t know what he is doing yet. No excuse, shut the place down before you serve a bad meal. Terrible experience.

Stopped in for dinner on. Saturday evening! They were pretty busy and had a couple of groups in the back. We were seated right away. Server came over relatively quick, but was completely uninterested in serving us, in fact he spent most of the time he was taking our order looking behind him. Asked to start with the chili con carne, it was good, but came with our dinners and NOT as an appetizer, of course by then we had been sitting so long (they were pretty busy) we were in need of beverage refills so we didn’t even get a chance to say we had wanted the chili con carne appetizer, it IS listed under appetizers and we specifically asked to “start with”. Needless to say, it was good, but we weren’t able to enjoy it cuz it came with our entrees which was too much to eat all at one. I had ordered the Fiesta Chimichanga. It was a deep fried chimichanga with chicken, steak and shrimp in it covered with cheese sauce. It was good, definitely hot and fresh, was a bit disappointed there were only 2 shrimps in the entire thing, but still had great flavor! Server took awhile to come back and check on us, we ordered the fried ice cream for dessert. That took a bit to get, but so worth the wait totally delicious! The bill was brought to us by the young lady at the register, she also helped us with boxes etc. overall the food was good, atmosphere was good, just maybe our server was too busy. We will definitely give it another try! They have an extensive menu!

Great food and atmosphere. The first time I went, I got the shrimp salad, and the seasoning was phenomenal. The second time I went, I had their shrimp taco special, which was also phenomenal. The guacamole was easily top 5 best guacamole I've ever had, and I've had guacamole made fresh in front of me in Cabo. I also love the huge variety of margarita flavors they have. They have your classic stand-ins like classic, strawberry, and mango, but also more out-there flavors like mangonada, guava, and even banana. You can also order them as pitchers, too, which I haven't seen anywhere besides Cozumel. The one only other note I have is that the restaurant is deceptively small. It's much bigger inside than it appears from the outside and is very cheerfully decorated with colorful Mexican art. All in all, it's a great eat if you're craving Mexican.

I have enjoyed eating here the past 3-4 years but the last 2 visits were my last. First week of March three of us dined and the restaurant was at 50% full and we ordered 2 beers...1 came in about 5 minutes the second about 10 or more minutes. Everything was slow...We were seated and 5 minutes til anyone come to table, chips n salsa came...10 minutes drink order...15 minutes order food... couldn’t get to go box - waited and waited for ticket to pay. Stopped again Monday April 12th at 3:15pm. One other table in whole restaurant. Slow slow slow. I ordered fajita burrito and menu said covered with nacho cheese...there wasn’t any and the meat was super dry - so I asked and I’m not really sure what the server tried to explain how they put cheese on tortilla and grill to warm them wrap in steak fajita meat and more cheese —- there wasn’t cheese and I’m not going to argue. He never offered even a 1/4 cup cheese or anything like another offering. Then he disappeared and I had to go get to go containers and bag from another girl working and doing her homework or ordering at a table in the back. Won’t go back. Going...
