QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Whitewater

Come to this qdoba at least twice a week but tonight may have been my last time here as this employee is ruining my experience completely. She is rather short and a heavier set lady with a dark complexion. First off i think she has worked their for quite some time not positive but its to the point where if i see her like i did tonight i debate on even going in the establishment. Every time im served by this woman she tries to rush me on what i would like in my food and gives the tinest portions and complains everytime i ask for no beans but extra rice …. She even said shes charging me for extra rice today which qdoba doesnt do. Then we get to picking what meat i would like and for the 3rd time in a row being served by this woman she gives me like 3 peices of steak for the entire bowl…. Not even half a scoop. So i ask for double protein and still get skimped while she is also complaining about me getting double meat. Overall if i see her in their in the future i will be sure to not be stopping and wasting my money. Probably the worst customer service ive ever...

I truly have amazing service every time I am here, no matter how busy I am. I should know her time, but there is a young woman who seems to be working each time I am there and she is SO dedicated to her job and even when customers are impatient or rude, she gives them the best service and handles it with patience and a smile. My food is always correct when I order online and the only time I had a complaint (chicken that tasted a bit burnt), I received a brand new bowl with freshly made chicken extremely quickly AND a refund, which I neither needed nor asked for (I did want the new bowl but they were especially kind). We get lunch here frequently due to the excellent service and food. Management must train staff well in their jobs and I highly recommend them as a great, quick option in town.

PS: I was there on their burrito day when the place was INSANE and they were moving quickly, efficiently, and were so kind even to the people who were being loud and arguably obnoxious. Even on that day my online order was done in time, which I...

This is by far the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. I just walked out of the restaurant with no food because one young lady was too lazy to make it. She said the “press was closed” but there was still 30 minutes left of the restaurant being open. When I came here last time about the same time I came today, a guy made my meal for me and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Utterly ridiculous! Tonight, the person behind me got food but I didn’t. The woman who served me looked irritated and apathetic. Her attitude made it an unpleasant experience. I honestly don’t want to come back again. It’s a shame because I love this place. Again, any good business serves their customers food no matter what. That is your job to get people food. I think you should seriously consider who you hire, and check and see that your employees are actually doing their job. I’m extremely disappointed in your business. This is completely unacceptable.
