Do NOT go to this Braum's location!! It was a terrible drive through experience. Service was deplorable and the ice cream was melted. We ordered 3 cups of ice cream, each with 2 scoops. Prior to getting to the drive through menu, we had used the online menu to select our flavors. 6 flavors we requested weren't available. When we got to the pick up window, we were given one cone with 2 scoops. We didn't think it was ours because we ordered cups, so we gave it back. Then, the server said "This is your order. I didn't hear you say cups." The snotty server then dumped the cone into a cup, threw out the cone, and handed us a cup without a lid, spoon, or napkin. It's a drive through - a lid should be standard, along with courtesy!
After we asked for a lid, we were told to pull up and they'd bring us the other 2 cups. While we waited, we were served a bag of burgers and fries that were then taken back out of our vehicle and given to another car. We continued to wait only to be given a second bag of burgers and large fries! The server disappeared so fast, my husband got out of the car and went to the employee only door to return it. At which point, 2 very rude employees started telling him this order was right, it's what was on the ticket and they filled it correctly. There was no arguing that burgers and fries were the correct order per the ticket since we only ordered ice cream on our ticket. Finally, we received our 3 cups of ice cream. However, the mint ice cream ordered with just caramel, came out as a sundae completely melted, literally liquified, with nuts and whipped cream. It was inedible and was thrown out. Nuts should never be an automatic topping because of nut allergies. It should be asked if nuts are wanted because serving nuts to a person with allergies can be deadly. Plus, I did not want a sundae, nor did I order one. The total drive through turned walk-in process took 43 minutes.
The entire experience was unacceptable. Braums, your people need to be properly trained in customer service. If your drive through speakers don't work properly where they can't hear customers orders, as we were told, get them fixed. You also need to implement a drive through system so you know which car has ordered what food, so it is served correctly and not given to somebody else to open and touch before it's taken back and given to the right customer. That's disgusting! If there was a zero star rating option, you would have earned that instead of a one...

I thought to myself, "What better way to fill my sad empty stomach than with a juicy and delectable triple quarter pounder cheeseburger from Braum's". When the lunch bell finally rang, I hastily made my way to the nearest Braum's on Southwest Parkway. The line was long, which was to be expected, so I waited patiently in the drive thru. When it was finally my turn to order, I was told to wait. My tummy was rumbling and the 30 minute lunch wfisd graciously gave me was slowly withering away. After sitting for what seemed an eternity, my order of a delicious triple quarter pounder cheeseburger was placed. I quickly and safely rounded the corner of the establishment to the drive thru window. I was given my meal by a kind worker who apologized for the distasteful wait. I then hurried back to school, parked, and readied myself to devour three juicy patties. I was dismayed to open, what appeared to be my order, but was missing two patties and was overflowing with onions and jalapeños. The burger, I might add, was absolutely scrumdiddlyumtious. However, my needs of a full stomach were not met, and my fries were burnt... I was discombobulated with this...

It has since been two years since this ^ post. I visited today, as I have been I normally order the same thing with a few variations every now and then. I place my order and am told, we don't do that. (I ordered a big country breakfast with pancakes instead of biscuits and gravy) I asked, oh, did you just change this? Then a different person got on the speaker and said no we have never done this. I advised her that she was wrong, I asked for a manager, she advised she was the "GM" game master I guess, don't really care I just wanted a manager.
