This location absolutely SUCKS. The service is terrible... They are so slow, so unaware and the employees act like they don't really give a rats patootie about being there. My toddler and I waited for 30+ minutes for our drinks today and it was absolutely ridiculous. It was 2 drinks! That's it! Most of the stalls were full of people waiting for their orders, and the 4 employees inside just had all of the drinks sitting on the counter ready to go out but were just walking around in circles trying to look busy. Occasionally one kid would come out and walk to a car and he took his absolute sweet time doing so. After a while, one of the other customers a couple of cars down from me got out to ask what was going on and while he was waiting for someone to pay attention and acknowledge him, we got to talking. He asked how long we'd been waiting and it ended up being about as long as him. And he also only had 2 drinks! After a while, someone came out to acknowledge him and he got his order right away. He walked back over to my car and said that the drinks were just sitting on the counter ready, they just walked in and grabbed them for him. So I got out of the car and stood on the patio where he stood (with my quietly crying toddler because he was upset about just wanting his drink after being in the car for 2 hours already) and the kid that had been walking slower than molasses out to cars came out 3 TIMES and walked STRAIGHT PAST US. Wouldn't look at me, realize that I wasn't just a pillar for him to walk past, nothing. No one else came out either. Just looked at me through the window. Finally a manager pulled up and asked if I'd been helped and said that they called her in because they were "short staffed" (there was 4 employees in there not even at a peak time?? Beside the point). She asked what I had and she walked in and grabbed them off of the counter where they'd been sitting for at least 20 minutes and apologized for the wait. Went back to the car and got my child back in his car seat to turn around and see slower-than-molasses-kid actually putting knees to chest and walking at a normal pace after he realized the manager was there! Read more::WARNING!! Per the employees, always check your order before leaving or taking a bite! It is almost guaranteed to be wrong!:: We apparently made a terrible mistake coming here. We ordered a frito chili cheese wrap that came out soggy, not wrapped, and a total mess. Instead of immediately complaining like we should have, my daughter tried to make the best of it. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that was confirmed on the menu. When my sandwich arrived, it was the regular chicken sandwich size but the slider toppings. I called back to ask for it all to be corrected. They recognized the sandwich was wrong with the excuse it wasn't wrung up right (which it was), but since the burrito order was "correct," I was told to complain to corporate. Looking at the burrito again to determine why it was so soggy, we realized there were no Fritos. After pointing that out, we got chastised for having eaten it if it was wrong. (She only managed two bites!) We didn't know what was wrong until biting into it! It's not immediately obvious that there would be such a key ingredient missing in a Frito wrap. I was told they have a new cook and are always getting new employees, so you are supposed to check your order before you ever leave or even bite into it. She had a horrible attitude and made it sound like we were at fault for even trying to eat their mess. It made me really uncomfortable to even have them remake our food as it was very clear they didn't know what they're doing and basically said to expect it to be messed up. When the "corrected" order came, it wasn't soggy, but it was cold (probably to keep it from being soggy), and was missing the onions we had ordered. This has been one of many aweful experiences at the Sonics in Wichita Falls. I can not recommend any of them...
Read moreI had an UberEATS pick up. Waited 20 minutes before anyone answered the screen. As I was waiting, several other cars came after me got their food and left before the server came out just to tell me they didn't have my order in their system. I called Uber support and they called the restaurant to manually place the order. My customer messaged me and said their other driver cancelled. They were waiting too long. I didn't want to leave them hungry so I communicated what was going on and waited. As I sat waiting for support to come back to the phone I saw the staff laughing, standing around as the lot was FULL of cars. Support said to just cancel bcuz they could hear the workers in the back laughing as they left Uber on hold and never came back to the phone. My customer called and heard the same as I saw it with my own eyes. I wasted AN HOUR just to have to tell my customer they weren't getting their food. WORST location in Wichita falls!!! It's sad how these workers take having a job for granted. Customer satisfaction used to be a part of work ethic, this location knows NOTHING about that. They better be glad it wasn't my food bcuz things would've went totally different. Seymour location puts these workers to shame! Had horrible experiences with them before but this one took the cake. I won't EVER eat here even if all the other sonics close. I'll go to dairy Queen or McDonald's first. This place is basura and will be closed soon if they don't get it together. It's...
