Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Attraction in Wichita Falls

Have been to quite a few Urban Air locations & by far the Wichita Falls location is the WORST one. All the employees are youngsters. Not a single employee-incl manager-enforces the posted safety rules, employees watch bullying happening and do nothing say nothing just keep walking back n forth. Very few attractions-esp since pillow one has been taped off for over 3 months, only one basket ball available for goals, and very few dodgeballs-not even enough for both courts. If you have a little one in the tubes- do not leave thier site! The teenagers are allowed in it and will plow down your little with no care! And dont bother telling a manager the problem-he will just go to the back and not re-appear! Gave two stars cuz my son does ultimately love jumping on trampolines. Its expensive too. And here we are a year later and the launch pad pillow thingy is still not available to play on, even with the most expensive ticket... Aug 2021 That review was a year ago. The launchpad attraction still is sectioned off. The playground tubes are sad. The air blower & foam ball guns no longer work. Many of the pathways dont go all way thru now so for example, only way to slide down the slides is to climb up them first, which i dont allow my kids to do. We step up the stairs and slide down the slides not other way around. Worst part is, a snack is part of the membership....so why does my kid get told there is no snack available. Not even a rice crispie treat or crackers out of the case.... Cant order pizza (which is sold online as available daily) or pretzels....nothing hot-not even popcorn!! Slushie things aren't tasty. Soda way too much carbonation. Less dodgeballs than ever! 6 little balls for both dodgeball courts. BUT! AATLEAST THEY FINALLY HAD 2 BASKETBALLS! but they took out the option to raise or lower the goals .... Still...the WORST urban air location ive been too. But since WF has like 4 kid places like this. I guess ya take what...

This Urban Air use to be clean,cool,& fun.We have had a pass for this place the past year and we will not be renewing or returning again unless it’s for some friends. Majority of the year the bathrooms and facility was unclean.Sometimes smelled like stinky feet.There were multiple occasions attractions were closed due to being broken. All that is available for school aged children is trampolines,dodgeball,obstacle course,& a foam area to jump into. While this doesn’t sound bad it gets boring quickly. The play area for 52” and under is fun. However if you have a tall kids they can’t play in it sometimes.Whenever they decide to enforce those rules so be prepared to deal with tears because they lack consistency in following them. Along with staff members following their own rules as well. I had staff tell my kid not to do something which yes do your job but then I pointed out they were breaking their own rules too. When they stepped on the trampolines with their shoes on.I was inquiring about a possible birthday party & told to have a party on the top deck because the rooms have been running hot and they don’t know why. Another example of the place not being up to speed. The last few times the place has been clean and attractions working. I do not recommend this place for ages 7 & up. If you are looking for a fun Urban Air and don’t mind the drive go to Lawton,Ok. 45 min drive with better attractions. The seating areas are better too. They have a combo of chairs with tables and benches.You do have to pay for a place to store your things or hold onto it yourself.Google Urban Air Lawton to see what I’m talking about. This is a response that management left to the patron of a party that my family and I recently went to. They are understaffed, under trained, lack professionalism, and by this response like to belittle their customers when a bad review is left. Most would apologize and be professional, this individual would rather fight back and play dumb. None of what was paid for was fulfilled without some sort of force or asking if it was at all. The establishment was nasty to say the least, everything was sticky like it had never had a wipe down. Two staff members repeatedly yelled at my children as well as others. Meanwhile other staffers had roots grown into the floor and couldn't seem to lift a finger for anything. Very rarely do I speak ill of anyone but the way they acted and treated this family was just baffling. I will never go back to this establishment as long as it is under the current management/ownership.
