My husband went in to pickup a Doordash order while I waited in the car. He came back, put the food in the Doordash bag and into the back seat. Some lady OPENED my front passenger car door saying "I think I gave you the wrong order". I wasn't even aware at first who the Hell this person was, just opening up my car door. I grabbed the food from the back and she verified she gave me the wrong order, and exchanged bags. She then proceeds to accusingly ask "DID YOU TAKE ANYTHING OUT OF HERE?". I replied no. She asked if SHE CAN CHECK MY BACKSEAT. I said no. SHE OPENED MY BACK DOOR and looked into my Doordash bag. I undid my seatbelt and jumped out. She ran back into the store. YOU SHOULD NEVERRRRR JUST WALK UP TO SOMEONE'S CAR AND OPEN THEIR DOOR.

RUDE. ACCUSATORY. A Doordash driver not only brings your customer food, they are a potential customer, or might already be a current one.

I hear this is a family run place, you might want to have a family meeting... That one needs to learn some manners.

After reading your reviews, apparently this isn't the FIRST TIME you have done...

Very rude, unprofessional and heartless to delivery drivers. Attempting to pick up an order and you’re immediately greeted with rudeness. Upon telling the name of your order and immediately it’s not ready yet. Trying to sit at a table to be out of the middle of the dining room isn’t allowed… Tables are for customers only. You go to use their restroom’s but that’s not appropriate either. As she stated they’re for customers only… apparently delivery drivers were picking up customers food doesn’t count… then when you ask to purchase a water so you can sit at one of their chairs and not stand in the middle of the dining room or use the restroom, that isn’t good enough either. You have to apparently spend a certain amount to use there restrooms or sit at there tables. Will never return as a delivery driver or personal use. The owners or management should probably tell their employees to have some heart and gracefulness to delivery drivers out delivering food for there paying customers in...
