I went here on Friday May 9th, 2025. I ordered a bag of burritos. I was told it would be a few minutes because they needed to cook more eggs. OK, it doesn't take long to do that. I pulled forward as requested. Now, mind you, they were NOT busy. After 15 minutes, I pulled back to ask where my burritos were. I was not happy, but I was not being rude. Someone finally came to the window, opened it, and almost immediately turned back around and said something to another employee. That employee came, pulled 5 burritos out of, from my angle I guess a microwave. He put them in a bag with some salsa, handed them to me and closed the window and walked away without saying a word to me, such as maybe an apology? Now, here is the kicker. There was no cheese on any of them. When I went to eat one I couldn't place why it just didn't taste right. I'll admit it took me a few minutes to realize that not only did I sit there waiting for ENTIRELY too long, they didn't even make them right. At this point I was so far away I was not going back. Rude Behavior: Upon ordering, I encountered a staff member who was noticeably unfriendly. Instead of a warm greeting, I felt dismissed and unwelcomed, which set a negative tone for my visit.
Cold Fries: When my order arrived, the fries were cold and unappetizing. They lacked the crispy texture that one expects from freshly prepared fries, making the meal even less enjoyable.
Refund Process: After expressing my concerns to the staff, I was relieved to receive a refund for my meal. While I appreciated the prompt resolution, the overall experience left much to be desired.
In summary, the combination of rude service and cold food was disappointing. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the customer experience...
Read moreGot an M&M candy Sunday with mint chocolate chip and cookie dough. The M&Ms were stale. Got another remade with Oreo. Oreos were stale. Picked out all the Oreos. The hot fudge was stale. Couldn't have a single bite without that taste ruining it. The staff weren’t able to comprehend that. It's like finding candy/cookies you got three Halloweens ago and eating it. It's gross. Staff wasn't exactly nice about being asked to remake it.
Also, the complete lack of any accessibility options for people who can't see the tiny menu is dumbfounding. Asking about it for me a huff and rude 'No'. I have an invisible disability. Being disregarded or shrugged off just because you can't see it and I'm young is not good service.
