We waited over 5 minutes in line before even being acknowledged. There was a lady behind the counter running around barking orders at other coworkers but refusing to actually help. The girl preparing the food did a decent job preparing the food. The lady in front of us had to wait over $10 for the man on the register to make a bag of chips and give her change he had to go get money from the safe to make the correct change. Once we got to the register the man at the register at us if we needed anything else. We asked for chip, a side of sour cream and a drink. The lady that prepared the food got the side of sour cream then dropped it on the floor picked it up with her gloves on set it on the counter and still was going to let the man on the register give us the side of sour cream. The lady preparing the food then went back to the line and started making someone else's food with the same gloves on that she touched the floor with. Absolutely disgusted we asked for another side of sour cream that had not been dropped on the floor and the man on the register prepared another side of sour cream. The lady preparing the food proceeded to yell at him and tell him he gave us to much and he wasn't allowed to give that amount of sour cream. This was a 5 minute process and then he tipped the food to put it in the bag. The man at the register failed to give us our drink without asking twice for the drink. Then dropped the side of sour cream in the to go bag. When we sat down at the table the table had not been cleaned from the previous person eating there. When reaching into the bag to get our food out food was covered in sour cream (see pictures) all of our containers were covered in sour cream and we were unable to use the side of sour cream because it all dumped all over the bag. When getting our drink they were out of several different kinds of pop. The straws were not stocked instead they were still in the plastic bag thrown on the to-go shelf in front the pop machine. Another customer had to ask me where I got a straw from. Needless to say there wasn't just one thing wrong with our visit the whole visit was unacceptable...
Read moreI normally LOVE this Chipotle and the people who work there and I normally give a good review but tonight... It was horrible. -We waited in line while one guy worked the line and got backed up and asked for help twice maybe three times and no one came to help. -Once in line they ran out of cheese... At least in the front and didn't bother to get any from the back or fridge. Not that bug of a deal but worth mentioning. -Got to the counter and scanned my code for free chips and queso. She said it didn't go through so I tried again. They ended up canceling it off bc it wouldn't work even though it showed up in my app. -Once the C&Q was taken off our bill was still higher than usual. Two entrees and C&Q costs roughly $28, and we were sitting at $30 without the C&Q so I asked what it is showing and she said the two entrees. I said whatever maybe the price went up but asked for a receipt. -When we got the receipt she had put extra meat on both of ours when we had gotten half/half and couldn't bother to mention how that was added on. We were paying almost $10 more than we actually got. So I asked for the manager and she rolled her eyes. After she checks out two other people she goes and gets the manager between huffing and puffing. -Thankfully the manager took care of us with a refund but it shouldn't have gotten to that point. I asked about it twice and then when it was wrong she was upset with me as though I put it in. -Last point to be made. Conveniently the manager took my original receipt which meant I couldnt fill out the survey on my receipt which is why it is being put here.
I really hope this was just a one off night because it was bad and I put up...
Read moreOrdered on the app, using chipotle Lane to pick up. Rude lady answered the window, asked for my name shoved a bag at me and closed the window. I opened the bag to make sure that everything was in there. There were no chips so the lady was still standing there so she reopened the window. I told her there was no chips she said “yeah we don’t have any”. I said “ Then I would like a refund on the queso and the guac since there is nothing to eat them with”. She said “you have to call customer service. There’s nothing we can do” I said “why is it still available to order in the app then?” She walked away and got the manager and told her to “deal” with me. asked to speak to the manager. She came over said the exact same thing. They’re out of chips. There’s nothing they can do to help me I have to call customer service. I said there is no way for me to eat said queso and guac. Why are you still selling it if you have no chips? She states there is no way to turn it off. I said then maybe tell people when they show up and don’t just shove the bag at them and let them leave knowing good well you did not give them their full order. Then we get home and I realize my husband steak bowl is missing beans, queso and lettuce. I did call customer service. They did handle it, but obviously reading other reviews on this location Something really needs to be done about how that building is being ran and the management Team. I’ve never had chipotle employees or management be so rude before and about something they clearly know...
