Super disappointed with todays visit! Order came out wrong for two of the four of us, when I asked the expo why our kids meals didnât have sides he told me this is what I ordered. I kept pointing out I didnât get the fried potatoes or rice with either meal, he looked at his ticket and then said Iâll just get some sides for you. He brought over two sides of the fried potatoes instead of what we ordered. I appreciated him trying to make it right but unfortunately one of the sides ended up falling off the tablesâŠ.ugh! I did look at our receipt to very the sides were listed and we did pay for them just in case there was a mix up when we were paying but that wasnât the case. The food didnât taste good at all like it normally does. Couldnât finish a taco because it tasted like old grease. When I walked in with my two quiet children, the restaurant was far from busyâonly about four tables were occupied, and the waitresses were standing around chatting with the cooks. We stood there for over five minutes with no acknowledgment. Eventually, a waitress glanced our way but didnât say a wordânot even a simple âweâll be right with youâ or âfeel free to sit.â We waited another five minutes before deciding to leave, as one of the staff made direct eye contact with me and still said nothing.

   Read moreVery busy night with a big crowd. There was a slight hiccup with our order and we had to wait a bit extra for the corrected order, but hey no one is perfect! The GM (Sal, super nice guy) kicked it into high gear and fixed everything as quickly as he could push his staff. Sal went as far as to offer a full refund for the trouble and provided vouchers for our next visit. Ultimately, we declined the refund because as I said earlierâŠ.no one is perfect! We just appreciated the fact that he offered the refund; that showed us he was very customer centric. When we did receive our food, it was hot and tasty! My family and I will definitely be returning.
P.S. the busser stoped by and promptly took our trays away and was very friendly â I believe his name was Billy, but not 100% sure. Overall, itâs very obvious this restaurant has a solid staff. Great...
