I fell I'm being VERY generous giving 2 ☆'s for the food. Everything about their food has changed and not for the better. The General Tso chicken was watery from what I can only assume is the broccoli being boiled before it was added. The Broccoli was soggie. The rice we recieved should have been steamed but instead was some attempt at stirfried.....I think. The Vegatable rice noodles tasted as though they were boiled with absolutely no seasoning what so ever...not even salt!!! The crab ragoon was lumpy and dry inside. We were also very disappointed to discover that the usual sweet and sour sauce had been replaced with a watered down and I have to say resulted in a poor, poor excuse for sweet and sour chicken. After all of that disappointment I called to have the rice replaced for what we should have had only to get the 3rd degree, " have you eaten here before? Have you had that food before? What did you order? Was it supposed to come with steamed rice? And, I will have to call you back. Because I can't find the driver!?!?! I mean , what does the driver have to do with what happened with my food? Does he double as a cook? All of that just to be told that I would be called back shortly and never got a call back!!!!!!!! Long story short. This location is very different than the others. I have been to it has changed completely since my last visit and I will NEVER go there again. I really do think that there may have been a change in ownership at this...
Read moreI’ve been coming here a while, but I’m done giving this place chances. Some of their stuff is good, but mostly, they’re inconsistent. Usually the chicken is okay, but at times it’s awful and the last time I came, It was late (9 pm), and the chicken was completely inedible. I was like.. what shape chicken is this? To which my husband replied, “gristle, they cut around that to get te chicken”, then proceeded to prove it by taking the breading off. Sure enough, no chicken in sight. He got the sweet n sour chicken (see photo), which proved to be 80% breading, I mean just look at the size of the chicken bits. The “chicken fried rice” also had about 6 tiny pieces of days old chicken. They charge good enough prices so I don’t understand why they operate so cheap. Don’t spend $12 here for a dish, better off hitting rice n roll where you get REAL chicken breast for the same price. Won’t be...
Read moreFor my surprise this time I wasn't impressed with the place, the customer service was very confused, the girl attending me doesn't understand too much English so I tried to point the items we wanted but it was rough to understand. Prices are ridiculously high, we were charge $29.00 for large house fried rice and 8 plain chicken wings, wich I thought it was way too expensive. But passed that point when we received the food the flavors wasn't there in the rice even though we asked for extra, extra garlic, there were no taste of it, thank God wings were good, don't know if they change the cook or something but, after this experience I'm thinking it twice before I visit them again, specially when I drive all the way from Haysville to Pawnee and Broadway to get their food. To all my friends and family for now I won't recommend this place again, we will see later if I decide...
