For years I heard rumors of the Grinder Man, and today I tried them for the first time. I was warned ahead of time of it being cash only, so be prepared.
I got the Maxi Meatball and my wife got the Pepperoni and Italian. Both on wheat. Also Hot.
The meatball was so tender and flavorful, the weight of the plastic knife was enough to slice through and the sauce was the perfect amount. Enough to actually be saucy, but not make the dough soggy. The cheese was real and stretched up to 32 inches ( yes i measured). The bread tasted homemade and boy howdy was it filling.
This place WRECKED my expectations of sandwich shops and glad my wife insisted for years to go. Im sorry I denied her perfection...

But, I had to try the origin sandwich. Gal that took my order was friendly and helped answer a question I had about whether or not I wanted the sandwich toasted.
