Came in for a washer and dryer and left with a set way nicer than I expected. I have now used them for over 6 months and they are both working fantastic with not a single issue. I went back to the store more than once because I wanted to see what Wichita had to offer first, so went to EVERY. SINGLE. One of the other appliance stores over the course of two days, and I have to say, my results were terrible. Every other store wanted the same price or more for rusted looking, dirty, or way older options (of course there were nicer options too, but with scarier price tags. Needless to say I came back to appliance outlet. And then I changed my mind about which set I wanted from them, (after already paying them for a different set) I decided I wanted a more expensive one, and they worked with me on pricing and got me settled for a fairer price than I deserved. They delivered to my house and set the washer and dryer both up for me, I didn’t even have to lift a finger. Thank you sooo very much!!!! Obviously with used appliances there’s never a guarantee, but in my house I learned from my landlord (after bragging about my new washer and dryer) that my stove and refrigerator are also from the same place! He bought them a few months before I moved in. So I have 4 appliances from appliance outlet that all work beautifully, and I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back when I need more. I actually need a dishwasher 👀👀 so I’ll be seeing you guys soon!...
Read moreAppliance Outlet picked up rental appliances from a Wichita apartment when the renter inadvertently called the incorrect phone number for the rental agency. Appliance Outlet offered no receipt, and secured no written authorization to remove the appliances. When the renter discovered, approximately two weeks later, that Appliance Outlet was not in fact the rental agency with whom the contract existed and contacted them to retrieve the appliances, Appliance Outlet indicated they had sold the appliances. If I donate unwanted items with essentially no value to the Salvation Army, they provide a receipt every singe time. When I have arranged to have anything removed from my homes in decades of home ownership, I am asked to sign off authorizing the removal. And yet, Appliance Outlet provides no documentation of such transactions whatsoever. For Appliance Outlet not to provide any documentation or secure any written authorization that would have immediately alerted the renter to the fact that they were not the rental agency in question is shocking. This complaint will be submitted to the State of Kansas Attorney General's Office and I vigorously warn unsuspecting consumers from engaging in business with an organization that is disorganized at best, but more precisely disreputable...
Read morei bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator for 1200 $. my dryer went through multiple repairs. they did give me a new dryer but would not replace it with a dryer that was the same as the one i had but a cheaper model. the fridge ice maker never worked they came out 2 times to replace parts but it never got fixed. i was annoyed that it had not worked from the getgo i assumed they would have tested it before they sold it. i got so tired of playing their games and calling repeatedly with sporty return calls then having someone come out and put in used non working parts. i even looked online and suggested the possible issue on the 3rd visit which never was responded on, i was correct! i hired another company who came in and fixed everything for 65$ i feel this company falsely advertises their appliances because they don’t even make sure they work before they resell them. and when you tell them about it they are more then difficult to remedy the solution. i got taken !!! don’t...
