HORRIBLE. We had placed an order for pick up at 1:00. Due to the dance competition we were at running a tad behind, we couldn’t pick up our sandwiches until 1:45. We knew we were late and were perfectly ok with them not being as fresh. Although, I walked in and said “I have an order for pickup” and a lady employee (35/40 years old) just stared at me for a solid 30 seconds like I was unimportant to her and ridiculous. Then she threw off her gloves, yelled at an employee because she “didn’t have time for this”, took our sandwiches (which weren’t even being refrigerated???), rudely handed me the box and said “are you sure these are ok to eat still or” and gave me a rude look. First of all, you work here and it’s your job to know if they are still safe to eat. Secondly, you did NOT need to be rude about it just because our schedule didn’t allow for us to arrive on our scheduled time. I really hope the lady who treated us like this sees this post because it was extremely disrespectful. I also hope that if she’s the manager, that she treats her employees or coworkers with more respect. A new employee training should never be told “I don’t have time for this” when he was unsure what to do. Also, on top of all of this, two of our sandwiches were missing things....

I've sent in an official complaint but I figure I'd post this as a warning to everyone. We ordered 3 sandwiches there, but apparently that was to complex and difficult of an order for this Jimmy Johns to accomplish. I do not understand how they could mess up every single request on this order. They forgot tomatoes on the one sandwich that we wanted. Didn't add any oil and vinegar aa requested. They added some sort of mustard to the Hunters Club even tho it wasn't requested and normally doesn't come on the sandwich, but you couldn't visually see it. Someone definitely messed up but instead of starting over they tried to remove it and cover it up. Which I feel speaks volumes on how the store, the management, and its employees behave. The place was dead at peak dinner time hours on a Friday, there is a reason why. Look at the other negative reviews. There is a reason for all of this and it's feels like upper management and ownership does not take customer complaints seriously to make the changes necessary to provide a positive customer experience.

I wouldn't trust any food they would make here if it was made by Gorden Ramsey himself, because I am certain they would somehow screw up the order between the kitchen and the drive...

Service is terrible here. We ordered "2 slim turkey sandwiches" in the store, to go. The cashier was very distracted, we had to say what we wanted 3 times, they got it wrong, but we couldn't tell until we got home and unwrapped them ("Slim 3" on the receipt isn't very helpful). We called and asked them to deliver corrected sandwiches, gave receipt info to them, they said we would have to pay the delivery fee, fine. We agreed, even though we felt they should deliver for free since it was their mistake. They called back a few minutes later and said they wouldn't deliver. So we had to drive back and get the corrected sandwiches. They were very unhelpful when I arrived, asking if I wanted "Slim 4", but so fast I couldn't understand what they were saying. We aren't that familiar with the menu, so I don't know what a Slim 4 is anyway. I finally had to say "just give me a turkey sandwich." They did give me the corrected sandwiches, but no apologies, no...
