I had an issue when ordering through the app where it confirmed my order took the amount due from my bank acct and then turned around and declined my order without putting the money back. I called the store and spoke with Anna and she advised me to contact the app support for the refund and if I wasn’t able to get through give them a call back. (I would like to tip my hat to her. I know what was transpiring was in no way her fault but due the situation and it being the last of my money to feed my kids until my paycheck tomorrow I was extremely frustrated and got a little sassy at the end but she maintained professionalism and kindness through it all.)When I called the app support line 3 different times I was sent to voicemail each time. I did leave a message, but called the store back and spoke with Stashia explaining everything that had transpired. Read moreThis was truly a bad bad experience. I ordered online at the wrong location. I know that was none of JJ fault, but after driving 20min out of my way to pick up my order. Get to the location and my food is not ready. What? 20min!!!! Really?!?! Keep in mind this is my first experience. My food finally came out after a short wait. Driving all the way home starving open my dang bag and I have no idea what is in there. I had a hard loaf of bread with tomato and lettuce????? I guess it's their version of a BLT not even the bread I ordered. The other sandwich ordered was in the same condition. Read moreToday was a distinctly off day. It all started when the store manager had a bad phone call. He ended up throwing boxes and items around the kitchen while we were waiting in line to place our order. We waited patently for our food... after about 20 min a guy came from the sandwich line to say they were backed up and it would be a "bit" longer but that there were hurrying as fast as they could. This was repeated to over a dozen customers. Strange though, as the drive thru was being served as was the delivery orders. Turns out a tour bus was ahead of schedule and the manager placed serving them ahead of just about everyone else.
