Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Wichita

I stopped here last night and got a family meal because I had a really good coupon. They were unusually fast. I have been to this location numerous times in the past and they are always terribly slow, but last night there were two cars ahead of me in the drive through and we were in and out within 3 minutes. The guy that always works the drive through at this location is about the most unfriendly, unpersonable employee imaginable. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got our food, though, until we got home and found out that the batter was still RAW. I had put sauce on my food, so at first assumed the sogginess was from the sauce, but there was an awful powdery taste and it was cold, so upon closer inspection I realized it was about halfway cooked. At this point it was too late to call them and go back because even though they "supposedly" close at 9, this particular location likes to choose their own hours and closes more towards 8:30-8:45. So we ended up tossing the food and didn't think much else about it. Until 3am. When I woke up in the night with a churning in my stomach. And ran to the restroom to wretch up my insides for what seemed like hours. And hours and hours. So needless to say, I do not much appreciate the all morning vomiting session I have just experienced due to the improperly/insufficiently cooked seafood/chicken. #1I paid for someone in the kitchens dinner. Food was hot, not cooked correctly. Thrown into styrofoam box. Hot out of a fryer. #2 All condiments wrong& spoiled an exploding. Company wasn’t able to pay for shrimp sauce made by LJS. #3 Smoking during a dinner rush. 5:20 #4 A family hush puppy plus the 2with meal. 5 overheated an hard should’ve been thrown away at 2pm. #5 No communication skills whatsoever at anytime. Could talk to other people just not the ones paying his check. Offensive. #6 Had to wait for smoking dude to come in to cook my food an put Random unlabeled Shrimp sauce 1/4 of the way full of the smallest Togo ramekin ever. I paid 18.00 to write this. I worked for Rick Poslick& Kristy. I worked at Kellogg an Rock Road flagship store. So I’m just going to say this. The only Long John Silvers worth giving your money to is21st on the West Side. The phone is shut off at this location. An I’m sure it is. I’m sure hand washing is the very bottom of the list here. So now they get to see me again. I do not often eat out. An here we are. Awful customer service. Lady was rude walking in the door. We ordered as she glared at us to order faster I assume. Did not get our order correct. We waited for 30 mins literally and then had to ask where our food was and they didn't say just said they'd get it out. Clearly they forgot. Then we get the food were missing a piece of chicken, piece of fish, coleslaw and others. Went to ask for the missing items and she looked at my mom and asked if she could wait because she was too busy and what she wanted so rudely that my jaw almost hit the nasty floor. The food was basically thrown at us and then we watched this woman walk around and be rude to everyone come in or trying to get service. It was ridiculous. She was yelling at people and giving all kinds of attitude. Do not come here. She is psycho and no one even tried to stop her.
