Majesties Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Wichita

Came by on a Sunday evening. At first, I was a little off-put by the exterior conditions, but there was a security guard walking around who was super polite and made the place feel safe and welcoming.

Once we got inside, the atmosphere totally changed — in the best way. The DJ was a vibe on his own, and really set the mood. Drinks were strong and tasted great, and the bartender was not only quick but also super friendly and kept us laughing the whole time!

We asked about the food and were told it was really good… and wow, that was putting it lightly. The buffalo wings were perfectly cooked, and the tacos were some great bar tacos. If we hadn’t already been full, we would’ve ordered seconds. The fried okra I saw someone else getting looked impeccable 🤤

The building itself (inside and out) could use a bit of work, but honestly, everything else made up for it. Great service, great music, great food. There’s a pool table that stayed busy the whole time, and a small uncovered patio/smoking area with a few mismatched tables and chairs.
