The Stop — Restaurant in Wichita

If zero stars was an option, I would be double clicking. I have been a patron for a while. A great place to relax, sing some classics and hangout with friends. My last visit, I was having the best time, sung a couple songs, had a few drinks, typical Friday night shenanigans. My girlfriend came up to me informing me that she had been slapped in the butt by a gentleman at the bar. I, obviously outraged went to investigate. I talked the individual in question, and he smugly denied it. I was informed by his friends he was a regular there and would “never do such a thing.” So I decided to talk to the manager knowing they had cameras inside the bar. He reviewed the tape and clearly saw a Stop regular slap my girlfriend’s butt and turn and look at her as he she walked by. I asked that he promptly remove the individual and ban him from the bar, but he informed me that this man was a regular and had spent countless dollars here and that banning him would be a bad idea. So instead he asked the guy to give a half hearted apology and then allowed him to continue his game of pool. I left immediately and will never set foot into this bar again. Anyone who allows this kind of conduct in their bar does not deserve mine or anyone...

I had been going to this bar for 2 years now as a regular. Alan B, the owner, I had only met once but knew his business partner Biff very well. They had recently hired a new Bouncer who continuously sexually harassed me one night. I took to Facebook to make a public post about the issue and was immediately called a liar by the owner and told I was banned for “fake” allegations. He was not present the time of, his video surveillance does not have audio capability. He didn’t repremand his bouncer and then threatened with legal action against me to try and scare me into removing my story on Facebook. The business owner does not care about the well-being of his patrons. After posting on Facebook several other women stepped up saying they were scared to ever say anything because they would be banned and humiliated by Alan. Not a safe bar to go to if you’re not...

Staff removed a black veteran from the bar for seemingly no reason. Will not visit again and do not recommend.

Edited to add: Owner replied the patron "proceeded to knock the chair over in protest" when in actuality, he got off the chair, continuing to sing his karaoke song, and motioned to move the chair to the side and behind him. The legs got caught on the carpeted bar floor (ew) and the chair fell down. The bartender then came back from escorting him out and told other bar patrons he was kicked out for "throwing a chair at her".
