Taco Shop — Restaurant in Wichita

I was very excited to eat here because I have never been to a taco shop so it was my first time sad to say also my last time as happy as I was to eat here it was quickly taking away do to just awful food quality I order a CHICKEN QUESADILLA that was amazingly awful I mean dry chicken overly cheese and absolutely flat on flavor it had no seasoning at all I was completely shocked how bad it was, I also order 3 tacos which I wasn't expecting much frfr because I only paid 1.09 for each one but OMG IT WAS MORE OF A VEGAN TACO THEY HAD TO JUST PUT A TEA SPOON OF MEAT INTO IT IF THAT I DID GET THERE AT 8:30 BUT OMG I WAS SAD WHEN I GOT TO WORK THE QUALITY OF THE BAG THEY PUT THE FOOD IN WAS ACTUALLY BETTER QUALITY THEN THE FOOD, BUT THE EMPLOYEE SERVICE WAS AMAZING THE CASHIER WAS A SWEET YOUNG LADY KNOWING ENOUGH OF THE QUESTIONS I WAS ASKING ABOUT THE FOOD I WANTED BEING MY FIRST TIME.... I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN I WON'T SAY TO ANYONE NOT TO EAT HERE BUT I WON'T SAY OH YEAH GO EAT THERE IF SOMEONE ASK ME THE ONE ⭐ IS JUST BECAUSE THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEEDY TIME OF MY ORDER BUT NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT I SEE WHY MY ORDER WAS SO FAST I HAD NOTHING IN IT FRFR LOL. THIS Isn't A Lost for me but it is a learning curve...

The food was ok, the service was terrible. I put my order in the drive-thru and pulled up and paid, and received my food. I was missing four items. Luckily, I looked before I left. I checked the receipt, and I didn't pay for the missing items, so I told the girl the items were missing and you didn't charge me for them. I figured they didn't hear correctly on the speaker, and that's fine. We all know how hard it can be to talk or hear on them. The girl ignored me, but she heard me and got another girl. Maybe the one that took my order. Maybe the manager, I am not sure. She looked at me and said, "What's your problem, sir?" I explained they didn't add all the items I needed. So she rang it up and gave me the total in a rude, nasty voice. I handed her the money. She gave me my change and slammed the window. I have no idea why she was so rude to me. I was not attempting to try and get anything free because they misunderstood my order. She slammed the window back open. I took the food, and she slammed the window shut again. No thank you or friendly customer service. I don't believe I will be visiting this...

I'm in taco shop now and am horrified at what it's turned into we order 2 Monterreys they take our money we go to sit down a cockroach is walking up the wall by the window we tell the person at the register that took our order they then get table cleaner and a rag, how that's supposed to get rid of the bug I don't know, we move to a different area of the restaurant to wait for our "food" they come over and say we're out of the pork so no Montereys great boooo it's literally the whole reason we came. They suggested the taco salad so we're like ok I guess. The price for the taco salads wAs less for one but somehow it's the same price. If we weren't starving I'd have left and yes I checked my food thoroughly for bugs. The crew was loud and laughing then Suddenly dead quiet no employees were in the front of the store. They acted like the cockroach was no big deal. How did we know the meat for the taco salad wasn't roach meat or The reason they were out of pork was the roach traps were empty.
