I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but I truly feel like I’ve given this McDonald’s more chances than I should have. Over time, I kept hoping it would get better—everyone has off days, right? But this has become a pattern, and it’s incredibly disappointing.
Every visit feels like a gamble. The wait times are painfully long, even when it’s not busy. I’ve sat in the drive-thru or waited inside only to receive cold, overcooked, or completely wrong food. The fries, which should be McDonald’s pride and joy, are often hard and crunchy like they’ve been left out for hours. And forgetful service? It’s constant. Items missing, drinks wrong, or bags handed over with no napkins or sauces after specifically asking.
But what really hurts the most is the attitude. The service is often flat-out rude, like my presence is an inconvenience. I’m not expecting fine dining or a red carpet—I just want basic respect and decency when I’m spending my money.
I wish this location cared more. I’ve tried to be understanding. I’ve been patient. But after so many chances, I’m finally done. This McDonald’s has made it clear they don’t value consistency, quality, or customer experience.

Read moreI went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10pc nugget meal, McChicken, and a medium fry. Said the total was around $16. Got to the pay window and used a code for $6 10pc nugget meal. They asked me water drink/sauce I wanted and I repeated my order. They got it all in and said the total was $22, so I thought they just added anything 10pc meal to the order(i didnt mind it so i paid). I got to the pick up window and they gave me a heavy bag and 2 large drinks, I say its not my order. The lady said to I'm assuming the manager saying that somethings not right. He went and said "well thats what she paid for" so I went ahead and took it so I wasn't a bother anymore. I get home and it's 2 drinks, 2 large fries and 4 double cheese burgers with no pickles.
