On Sunday 11-21-2021 I called to order 2 pizzas and a keto dish for my family. I purchased a large Greek pepperoni, a large cowboy and a keto chicken/bacon/ranch. I was told the price and when my son got there after he had picked them up, I noticed the cost was not what I was told. I simply called the restaurant back to simply ask abut getting the partial refund, and Matthew the store employee asked me to come back into the store and they could. I simply told him that was not an option 6:14 pm on a Sunday evening and that we lived a good 25 minutes one way from the store. I proceeded to ask for the store manager as I am sure they could refund the CC transaction and then process a new transaction. He just said "no I am not allowed to do that." I then asked if this was a franchise store or a corporate store...he stated it was a franchise store, and therefore I asked to speak with the owner. He just said no, unless you come in we can do anything for you and was very short with his response. To me this is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service, as I was simply not asking for anything more than I was overcharged. Read more21st and Maize location. Go somewhere else I think they are really cutting costs. I think its because of the pandemic. I got an extra large new yorker with half the cheese. Not sure it was an extra large and it certainly didn't have the cheese it has has for the last 6 months at least. I called to voice my concern and what i got was "sometimes there just that way". REALLY? I also contacted corporate and never received an answer. Got an online answer though through facebook but it was to do what I have already done. I would certainly avoid this location your better off getting a jacks frozen pizza or some other frozen pizza and dressing it up yourself and i'll bet they might even taste better.
