Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Wichita

WE GOT ANOTHER ONE ... REVIEW THAT IS So on my last visit I brought my family again. This time my son wanted his pizza 4 his birthday :) Katilyn went above and beyond to make him happy as she knows how he likes his pizza!! Amazing service once again! Then CJ added his awesome customer service and it was another great visit!!!!

EDIT:: ANOTHER VISIT TODAY :) I was met with the same smile and great energy by Katilyn, and this time, JT. Pizzas are scrumptious!! Again, my children are satisfied and eating away right now. I'm awesome, no cooking for me, and as always, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOP TIER. O yeah, Kaitlyn told me of all the perks with the app so yes I downloaded :) Thanks again. I have a blast everytime I walk thru these doors. Just amazing!!!

Katilyn, if I'm remembering names correctly, is the manager and Nick are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Nick was so patient as I had 21 questions like 50 cent lol, and she either answered or found the answer. Katelyn, manager, helped so much because there were some hiccups, but she went above and beyond to fix issues. This was my first time trying along with my children. The pizzas with that mac & cheese have my children satisfied on a Friday night!! Yesss!!! Customer service was AWESOME! Thank you both for a wonderful 1st time experience!!! Excellent customer service at the Schlotzsky's on East Central! They saved the day when they didn't even make the mistake in the first place! I placed a delivery order for a lunch meeting from a different Schlotzsky's location but when the food was delivered, more than half of it was missing. The delivery was given to our receptionist and since she hadn't placed the order, she didn't realize the two bags wouldn't be enough for everything we ordered. To make matters worse, the other location didn't answer the phone when I tried repeatedly to call and fix the issue/ The delivery driver didn't respond to text, either. Out of desperation, I contacted the East Central Schlotzsky's to see if they knew whether there was a problem at the other location. Dolly, the General Manager, took my call, found out what was missing (6 sandwiches, a kid's meal, and two bags of chips), and delivered it herself within 30 minutes. It wasn't her issue to fix but she didn't hesitate. I appreciate her and the staff at the East Central Schlotzsky's who made this happen! And the food was fresh and delicious as...

Schlotzkys has the best sandwiches... But this location has been a challenge lately! We have tried it 4-5 times in the last month. The interior is needing cleaned and is a little runned down. The staff at the counter is not on there A game... Almost unfriendly. Our visit two nights ago was a drag!

The lady was almost rude and our sandwiches again were wrong... Every order has been wrong - they dont look at the tickets or listen to the order taker when we ask for no lettuce or tomato (I'm allergic) or extra crisp bacon. We found No cinnamon rolls, no ice in drink fountain to soiled counter and tables. No customers in dining area either. Upon trying to drive thru one day we hD to go to Spangles... Because Liquor store delivery was blocking dtiveway for 10min. Hoping the owner can mKe adjustments to correct these issues. On a positive note a new blonde hair girl in back had braids... She always seems to be working and correcting the issues... She...
