Subway — Restaurant in Wichita

I went in and got some subs for lunch and I just have to say I was so impressed with the guy that made my food. I missed getting his name, but he was a slim black guy with a friendly attitude and warm smile. He greeted me when I walked in the door and made my whole experience above par. He will be the reason we pick Subway instead of Spangles or any other restaurant around that area.

The only thing I was irritated with was there has to be something wrong with the salt and pepper combo shaker because my subs were made the same and both are so salty you can barely eat them. I had to rinse off the vegetables close to the opening edge of the sandwich because it's so salty it's almost not edible, but THAT WAS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT! I asked for mayo, extra oil and vinegar and salt & pepper, which I watched him put the S&P on and it looked like a normal amount. So i figure there is a problem with the...

The customer service here is horrible.. I went to this location (40 mins) before they closed and when I walked in the lady immediately looked irritated that I came in. She didn’t even acknowledge me for several minutes n then had an attitude when she was making my order. I asked her if she could toast my sandwich and she told me she had turned the toaster off already and at the end I asked her for a drink and she proceeded to tell me she turned that off as well and got mad that she had counted the drawer already or something cause she had to change numbers on a white board. This is the worst subway, would give it 0 if I could. To start it was very dirty. I asked the lady if she could heat my chicken a little longer she seemed like it was problem and even pulled it out early then the normal time then The next girl who does the toppings and veggie sides dumped a good portion of the chicken out on the counter was just very messy with the vegetables there was sauce on the outside of my bread and all over the sandwich when I asked her to please remake my sandwich because I can’t eat that it’s so messy she proceeded to get an attitude and roll her eyes at me and then once again tried to rush the food.
