Smalls Sliders — Restaurant in Wichita

I would like to preface this by saying that I came here three different times, all within the first month of their opening.

1st Visit - I was able to get my sliders, and milkshakes, and the food was good! The milkshakes were also very good. However, they forgot an entire "small combo" or kids meal. Upon calling, they said they would take our name down and replace the meal on our next visit.

2nd Visit - Tried to get two combo meals and a replacement for the small combo that was forgotten the last time. They also told me they no longer had any shakes left (okay McDonald's, it was 2pm in the afternoon, seemed like you guys should have prepped better for your opening traffic.) Also, nobody bothered to tell us this until we were ordering, and had already waited in line 10+ minutes. The employee in the drive thru seemed like they had zero idea what to do and called over a "manager" to assist. They told me that they would provide a "discount" on the order that would cover the cost of the forgotten meal from before. Upon getting the receipt, the discount was 10%, and did not even halfway cover the cost of the forgotten meal. Broken promise + no shakes = no bueno.

3rd Visit - Gave them one last chance here, and it was the worst of all. Once again, upon it being our turn to order, we were told they did not have any shakes. Brother man, did you guys buy your ice cream machines from McDonald's? People come here for the shakes too. Ordered myself one combo with bacon added this time (haven't from here before) and wanted to try it. Opened my food in the parking lot after getting it and was mortified. All my bacon (if you can call it that) was 100% white, squishy, and completely uncooked. I parked the car and walked up to the in person line, waited my turn, and asked the girl at the register if I could please get a replacement for my bacon as mine was disgusting, I showed it to her. She had a manager get me new bacon and he just said "sorry about that."

Overall I won't be returning here for...

So I know they just opened and all. They probably have kinks to work out but it was ridiculous. Let's start by saying their food is good. Their fries delicious, Burger delicious. But the overall experience just wasn't it for me. I hope they work it out since our food is good but I sat in line for 30 minutes to get two sliders and a french fry. I looked online before I left it said queso came with the fries. I finally get up to get my food and I do not get any queso with my fries. They told me I have to order it separately but that's not what the online says because I checked before I went so I knew what I would want ( I attached a picture below for reference). Also, I was there for 35 minutes for two sliders and fries, and that's all they sell is sliders and French fries so I'm not really sure what took so long. Another point is when they're taking your order, they're not allowed to go past their pavilion. The girl said it's because their tablets don't work past the pavilion that doesn't make any sense either. So I really think that they should improve their customer service cuz I'm going to try it one more time and if it ain't better than...

Was super looking forward to this place. Waited a week before going. It was a flipping puzzle maze to get in line at this place. That was actually quite frustrating. Whoever thought this out needs to go back to the drawing board. 1st time there and the attendant asked us what we’d like to order and we had zero clue. (Duh - look it up online ) but we received a paper menu from the attendant. She was nice. Waited in total about 20 minutes to get to the window to receive our food. Attendant at the window handed us our drinks and then handed us our food telling us our straws were in the bag. We didn’t look. Our fault but no straws inside the bag as we drove off and it was too late to get the straws as we were turning north onto Greenwich. Oh well Food was just ok. Our socks weren’t blown off by this place. Waffle fries were ok. Chick Fil a fries with added seasoning is exactly what they were. I think for the price we paid we would get better portion sizes at food trucks in the area…. We weren’t looking for super sizing anything …. Prob won’t frequent this place...
