I came to this location last night and I normally don't like going to the locations inside of dillions because for some reason the drinks are never made right and theirs no customer service so I was really hoping this location was going to prove me wrong but it proved me right. I called this location before heading in because I wanted to do the 50% of a drink and get my stars for my purchase so I had to make sure this location allowed that because all the other dillions locations will not accept the app or the promotions and alot of the time can't make the drinks you want. She said yes we do have the promotion and yes you can use your app so I said awesome I will be there in a minute and I was. I got there with my wife around 5:30ish and I ordered me and my sister in laws drink and tried to give her my app and she said she didn't need it she just needed my phone number so I said oh wow that's so cool normally you have to scan my app and she said it was $14.73 I was to fixated on not needing the app I didn't pay attention that I didn't get my discount. So right after I took my card out and said oh no I didn't get my 50% off drink and she said because you need the app to get it and I said okay well I tried to give you my app and you said I didn't need it, she said oh well it's just a few dollars there's nothing I can do for you, your going to have to take it up with customer care. I said that's honestly very rude considering I just talked to you on the phone and now I won't get to use the promotion or collect my stars for my purchase, thats very inconsiderate and you should be more willing to help fix it since it's an error on your end. She then rolled her eyes and said I'm gonna make your drinks now, it took alot in me not to be rude back too her. My wife ended up not even buying a drink because she didn't want to deal with her attitude so she stayed and watched her make the drinks because she had a feeling she was going to make them wrong on purpose while I did the grocery shopping I needed. I should have tried my drink before leaving because it tasted just like milk and that's it. It's very rude because I pay good money for these drinks so I would like them to taste worth drinking, I ended up throwing my drink away after getting to my family gathering at my sister in laws house. I also gotta state that from the moment me and my wife walked in we knew it was going to be a bad experience because we seen them cleaning and sweeping and looked at us and they just kept cleaning instead of helping us. I can honestly say I will never be coming back to this location ever again and it makes me very sad that nowhere has good customer service anymore. I could tell she was new and after over charging me for my first drink I let her know but proceeded to pay despite my total being higher than normal.
