Was kicked out of the store at 7:56pm Ordered online so that I could ensure that I paid for everything that I wanted, three items were incorrectly made. Was missing the sour cream and tomatoes on my soft taco supreme and the sour cream I added to my bean burrito as well as my chips and cheese. I went back through the line and asked very politely for two sides of sour cream and 1 side of tomatoes as well as the chips and cheese. I was told several times that they made the food correctly, I had checked everything before leaving as to ensure I got exactly what I ordered. They also told me that I didnât order the food the way that it shows in my app. Crazy how I paid for stuff. I was given a new soft taco supreme that had sour cream and tomatoes but did not have the avocado ranch. I asked about one more side of sour cream so I could put it in my burrito and they told me they put it on there. It was not and I showed him both my app and the burrito that I hadnât eaten. They made me a new burrito with sour cream so eventually they did finally get my order correct (ish? As neither of the two soft tacos were as ordered but weâll just deal with it)
Iâve been an assistant general manager at a Taco Bell for over two years and have worked with Taco Bell for over 6 and Iâm extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Will not be returning.

   Read moreWe went through the drive thru today. Had a coupon for 2 Beef tacos for 99 cent. UNLIMITED was printed on it in bold black letters. In smaller print it read it couldn't be used with any other promotions and one coupon per customer. And it couldn't be used for chicken or steak. So we ordered 12 beef tacos. The boy taking the order kept saying "You want 2 tacos plus another 10?". We told him 3 times we wanted 12 total at the coupon price which would make it $5.94 + tax. When we got to the window he said first order for 2 tacos and second order for 10. We handed him the coupon and said we wanted 12 tacos on that coupon. The coupon said unlimited. He said we could only get 2 because it was a limit of 2. It said UNLIMITED I told him. NO WHERE on the coupon did it say anything about being a limit of 2. He kept saying it was a limit of 2. I was getting angry by this time but he insisted it said there was a limit of 2. I was about to ask for the manager to show me where on the coupon there was a limit but my driver was angry too so he just said forget it and drove away. I wish we were able to get the coupon back but we didn't. We will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again and probably to no other one as well. Iâm in the drive thru and the lady comes on and asks if Iâm using the app yada yada⌠I say I have a mobile order and then it was complete silence. She then comes back and says they canât do it bc their machine is down. Me being puzzled asked how does that work if Iâve already paid ($65)⌠she then says Cancel the order on the app. Well as I go to look at my app, I noticed my entire order popped up on their menu screen. So after it going silent again, after about a min or 2 I say âummm helloâ she says âYeaâ so I ask why is my order on your menu screen out here so I can see it if yours is down? After more silence she finally came back and said âWell my side is frozen byeâ đłâŚ. Not once have I ever gotten my order correctly when I order from this restaurant, but unfortunately itâs literally right down the road, like 2 mins from me.
