I rated this location one star because I absolutely had to. I hadn't been there for a while because their food was always put together very sloppy. The beans were always burnt and the shells were always soggy. This particular day I thought I would give it another chance because I used to go there all the time and I liked it. They argued with me and said they did not have any burrito that had beef and beans. I tried to tell them I always ordered that when I came and I wasn't sure what they called it but I always ask for that with no sour cream. They insisted they had no Burrito on their menu whatsoever that had a combination of beef and beans, so I settled for two tacos and a Mexican pizza no sour cream. When I got to the window I noticed a burrito supreme, I asked the gentleman at the window what was on a burrito supreme he explained that it was beef and bean with lettuce and tomato and sour cream. I said that's exactly what I asked you for without the sour cream and you said you had no Burrito on the menu that had that combination anyways I was already at the drive-up window so I went ahead and took the other order. When I got home it was slathered with sour cream and the Mexican pizza was so soggy and mushy I had to throw the whole order away long story short I paid $10.09 for a Diet Pepsi. When I tried to call they don't answer their phone you get a voicemail supposedly they will contact you back. I left two messages I never heard from anyone. I will never go to that Taco Bell again. A business and its staff is only as good as their management in this case" pretty bad". The management in this location (East Harry) obviously does not care how they throw your food together nor do they care whether or not their employees know their menu's. Customer satisfaction is definately on the very bottom of the list or you would not have a voicemail that you do not even bother return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT...
Read moreThis was definitely an experience. I am usually so pleased with this location. Normally I would make adjustments for size of order, time of order, the business factor, but not this time. I pre ordered, online, because my other was quite large. 18 items in total. I ordered it online so they would have time (wasn't concerned about hot food, I own a microwave 😉) be able to work on it and I wouldn't be kissing items. Well, when I pulled up to check in, the lady over the speaker told.me to pull to the window. I pulled to said window and they tried to give me someone elses order. She had never hit the button that I was there so the order never came up. They also hadn't even touched the order until I checked in at the window. Everything was fine, they were working hard and fast and making it right as they went. The on duty manager gave me some free taco slips, and apologized profusely. Still fine. 17 mins later I now have my order, I get home, start dishing out peoples orders and instead of 2 nacho bell grande's, I have 2 orders of nacho fries. I called the store, same manager picked up and says "oh, so you actually wanted the nacho bell grande? With the chips?" I replied "why, yes, that's why the order stated nacho bell grande and not fries". He went on to tell me that the lady, who previously didn't check me in, had told him I requested fries instead. Apparently the order behind me, had ordered the fries. The offer I got was I could either go up there right away and get said nachos, or I could wait and he would put my name in the book, but he doesn't see why I'm even calling because he already gave me 2 free taco slips for my wait (that I didn't request). I just can't begin to imagine the lack of training the drive thru lady had, or how 2 free tacos amounted to a 17 min wait and 2 wrong items. I appreciated him being so receptive to the wait time, but not about my order. 2 free tacos doesn't suffice for...
Read moreGave me the wrong food yesterday, I got Bach fries boxes instead of chalupa boxes and called and they said they would replace it. Idk if I called the wrong one or what but it was no big deal to them and they told me to come back and tell them my name and it would be replaced, when I got there the girl told me to pull forward to the window and they asked me who I talked to in the phone and to describe him, and very rudely said I needed my reciept, the guy I talked to on the phone never said to bring it, then I said wel can I just order 2 chalupa boxes and pay for them and they said no, (there was nobody behind me or in the drive through) they said I had to pull back around when the computer/register to take orders on is right there. The manager was gone and the girls shut the window and left me there when the manager finally got there she didn’t even come and talk to me to see what was going on to handle the situation like a manager is supposed to but proceeded to call the police on me! Wow! Never again will I ever eat at that restaurant by the hospital. The most horrible experience I have ever ever had. Think I might actually call cooperate on that one, that’s just ridiculous even management couldn’t address the situation like an adult and diffuse the situation, isn’t that a managers job? No…call the police on their customers because I didn’t feel it as right or see the point to pull back around when there was nobody else in line or ordering. Just pure childishness. Even after they...
