Spangles — Restaurant in Wichita

I usually love spangles and used to eat here with family all the time. Sure fast food places are known for not being the cleanest but this place was just gross. Everything sticky not swept or wiped down ( uh covid guess they didn't hear or maybe the excess food and dirt covers up the germs idk) bathrooms are absolutely gross I'd use one of the gas stations nearby first. The Staff absolutely didn't care about anything. Our order was wrong, overpriced , and forgot several items on a dine in order ( drive through was more important) not to mention as we waited for the rest of our meal we had to pay for even after being over charged ( WHAT!) It looked like maybe one person there had clean hands behind the counter but she was handling the cash and then going right to touching food. Ms. Kelly and Tania!! If you're having a rough morning and you go through the drive thru, Kelly will change your whole mood. She's always so upbeat, positive, willing to help and patient. Best customer service I've had in ages. Sometimes I go just to chat with her because she improves your mood with her distinct voice. One of the sweetest women I've ever met. She was off for 3 weeks recently and I along with many others asked where she was because we missed her morning positivity. We love her. Please give her a raise. She deserves to be recognized by the news or something. Thank you for being you Kelly! Tania is also very kind and sweet. She's been nothing but helpful and polite every single time I've been there. Great service but terrible food. I used to enjoy Spangles but it has gone downhill fast. The last two burgers we ordered were way too salty. The sandwiches were a 1/3 lb. Sourdough Garlic Parmesan Bacon Steakburger and 1/3 lb Gourmet Supreme Steakburger w/ Cheese. Both terribly salty, couldn’t finish them. Made me absolutely sick afterwards. Waste of money and ruined Spangles food for me indefinitely. You’re better off eating a frozen McDonald’s burger over Spangles’ over salted burgers. Their ice cream/mudslides are really good however so we recommend those. Definitely don’t recommend this fast food restaurant anymore.
