I gave it 2 stars because I love their food, but went there today with my son. They were busy, but that should be expected during the lunch hour. I ask for a booth, which there were several open in the back, but because she was busy she sat us at a table in the very front and told me there were none. Convient for her, but we were front and center. Saw another lady sit a booth right after when we had asked. We tried to order spring rolls after our soup came out but we were told they were out. I watched 2 other orders go out after that about 5 minutes later. Then listened to a man next to us order them and they said nothing about not having them or being out. When I asked her about it all she said was they only have 2 cooks. I am sure they take some time to make and she could have just said that instead of saying they were out. You can't find a more flavor-FULL phở tái bò viên in town. The broth is on point and you're not second guessing if they added extra noodles or not when you order a large.

Pricing is fair, competitive, and you get more food than other restaurants that charge more.

The bún thịt nướng has one of the best tasting grilled pork I've ever tried. You're going to want to order more! Plus, you're not getting a bowl full of filler like other restaurants (most places give you half a bowl of bean sprouts to make it look like a lot of noodles and meat. First time going here today, and I eat pho all the time around my city. My pho noodles were really thin than usual and super cut up, so it made it hard to eat & I got a size large. Another person with me ordered something new, it wasn’t as expected and he didn’t know, the manager told us we have to pay for it and had an attitude and was very rude with her approach. Seems like they worry more about their own product waste than customer loyalty or customer quality, or making it right. The dish had peanuts on it and they were allergic to it.
